Emplacement top et très belle vue sur la mer et le port. Réactivité de l'agence pour nous proposer une solution alternative.
Délai supplémentaire accordé pour libérer le logement.
Une forte odeur dans le logement a gâché notre séjour. Odeur inexpliquée jusqu'à présent. En espérant que ce soucis soit réglé.
Ceci étant, l'agence a été très réactive en nous proposant un autre logement, que nous avons refusé puisque nous repartions le lendemain.
Le parking n'était pas disponible à cette époque de l'année et, ce n'est pas simple de trouver une place pour se garer. Verbalisation quasi garantie.
Du coup, avis un peu mitigé.

emplacement exceptionnel avec spectacle permanent des bateaux de pêche qui,sortent et rentrent au port accompagnés d'un nuage de mouettes en quête de poissons, tout en gardant le silence dans l'appartement
une vue sur la mer jusqu'à la Grande motte avec ses lumières au Couchant et au levant, un appartement bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine, et deux chambres, dont une très spacieuse avec un très,grand placard idéal pour ranger les vêtements,
le point noir, le stationnement,je suis à mobilité réduite,et il faudrait pouvoir déposer les gens de manière plus aisée devant le betiment. Le parking est loin et les places sont rares.

Location was directly above restaurants and bars if that is what you like. The apartment is NOT soundproofed as the description says.
Obtaining the key was a lengthy process. We had to navigate multiple one way alleys full of people to get to the recommended temporary parking spot to unload our bags, then navigate out again, much to the amusement/annoyance of pedestrians.
Certain passes for parking in the non-private outdoor lot were missing. The manager told us they forgot to leave them in the apartment. They further told us that no one could help us until the next day and that we just needed to find parking elsewhere.
The apartment smelled like fish when we arrived. No AC had been turned on in anticipation of our arrival - the apartment was muggy, hot, and stale. There is only AC in one room and in the kitchen/common room.
There were no amenities included, such as the hand soap shown in the pictures. There were mixed messages about linens; although the description of the apartment stated there were no linens/towels, the messages from the management discussed linens/towels and we expected them. There were two small bath towels and a hand towel of questionable quality in the bathroom, and no linens for the sofa sleeper - only an old throw blanket and many many duvets. Duvets in summer! It didn't make any sense.
The apartment does have a slight view of the sea, but that's only if you can fit on the small balcony and want to be bombarded by the music from the bar/restaurant below and noise from drunk patrons.
Upon assessing the situation, we ended up not staying at all, and found other accommodations that were better.
All in all this was not what was advertised. Be aware of that if you rent this place. I could be good for younger people who want to go out and have fun and simply need a bed, but for a family looking for a relaxing stay, there are better places.

The apartment is lovely. Great facilities and the balcony over looking the water was fantastic.
The instructions on finding the property were not straightforward. We could not find the block we were staying in. We were very luck to run into Willy who helped us. Very frustrating.

decent sized drinking cups & ordinary knives rather than just steak knives would be good
paid 30€ for bedding & towels.. only 2 towels & a tea towel provided . I think that some washing up liquid & a dish sponge or cloth would’ve been classed as essential but had to find a supermarket

The location and views were fantastic. The Agence Grand Sud were very helpful and always available. The hand over of the keys went smoothly. You do have park away from the property which is as advertised but a ten minute walk. You can park briefly behind the property to unload and reload your luggage.
The shower plug was full of long black hair which I had to clean. The shower head needs descaling, as does the kettle. A bread knife and a flat bladed butter knife would be useful. The top of the tall unit in the bathroom was very dusty and was the middle section unit for the kitchen lounge. The railings on the balcony needed cleaning too, which we cleaned. The bed linen was new but should have been washed first. it was very scratchy.

The apartment location it's just perfect, in front of the 'canal', with a large view over the see and the beach on the other side of the 'canal'. What can be better during the holidays than to enjoy the morning coffee with this view or in the evening a glass of wine? Except the view, we had a parking place reserved and the price included in the room rate. Being end of August, we had the chance and the luck to be able to have a late check-out and we won another day. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. I highly recommend it and for sure I will come back in the next years.
