The owner ( kim) was very helpfully and responded very quickly to my emails. The garden was an added bonus to an already well appointed accommodation.

+ Sehr gute Ausstattung, geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung, verkehrsgünstige, aber ruhige Lage, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, großer Supermarkt in der Nähe, gute Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn
- etwas schmales Doppelbett, Probleme mit Warmwasser in der Dusche

Quite and relaxing but only a couple of miles and you have lovely walks and the sea,pubs for food,the place was very up to date,and clean and a little place to sit outside would recommend

The accommodation has everything needed for a self catering stay away. It's a very pleasant and quiet accommodation with it's own little garden and access.
Microwave, Kettle, cooker and even a Tassimo coffee machine are available, it was very useful to have a full kitchen with a 5 month baby with us.
The shower a very modern but we had some issues with the temperature staying constant and the instructions before arrival could do with some improvements but this is only a minor thing. Certainly would stay again!

The accommodation has everything needed for a self catering stay away. It's a very pleasant and quiet accommodation with it's own little garden and access.
Microwave, Kettle, cooker and even a Tassimo coffee machine are available, it was very useful to have a full kitchen with a 5 month baby with us.
The shower a very modern but we had some issues with the temperature staying constant and the instructions before arrival could do with some improvements but this is only a minor thing. Certainly would stay again!

We stayed here to be close to our family while visiting from Spain. The location and accommodation was perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable - a real home from home which was just what we needed - thank you :-)

This apartment was perfect for my wife and me. Clean and modern, with a nice courtyard. As others have mentioned, there is no washing machine, but there is a small kitchen with all of the basics. Just a double bed--it was perfect for us, but it would be very cozy for two larger adults! Parking is a bit tight, but the owners and their family are very accommodating. I highly recommend this property. Thanks, Kim!

This apartment was perfect for my wife and me. Clean and modern, with a nice courtyard. As others have mentioned, there is no washing machine, but there is a small kitchen with all of the basics. Just a double bed--it was perfect for us, but it would be very cozy for two larger adults! Parking is a bit tight, but the owners and their family are very accommodating. My husband and I had a very nice stay on the whole at the Annexe. The heating did not come early enough on the first morning but the owner altered the timer ... but on the Saturday we were due to leave it came on late like before so it was a cold start upstairs. The place was very clean and nicely appointed, and owner was very approachable and helpful.

Excellent duplex apartment for a couple, well maintained, modern furniture, furnishings and equipment, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge with direct access to small furnished courtyard garden (with a squirrel to keep you entertained!). Easy driving distances to local attractions. Friendly and helpful owners.

Perfect English apartment
Very clean, and quiet. Perfect size for a couple. Hard to spot at first, especially if your not used to driving in the UK, owner was quite helpful. Close to stores, train station, short drive to Potrsmouth or Southhampton. Highly recommend this apartment.

What a delightful place
Brilliant Location - Near to Netley and Hamble
Lounge and Kitchen were perfect, Kitchen nicely stocked with Equipment
Bedroom was adequately sized, bed little soft for me but thats a preference thing.
Bathroom was large and spacious.
With everything you got for the price it was fantastic, highly recommend.
We had a great stay, thank you Kim and Family.
