The house had a great open floor plan.
There was plenty of room for our daughter and her family.
Our two grandchildren loved the pool. We were close to shops and restaurants. The down side was that road or sidewalk construction was going on and it was a mess, but inside the house was quiet.

Our family enjoyed the house very much - clean and well maintained, and detailed instructions for everything (TVs, pool, etc).

We stayed in the house for 3 weeks. It's spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient as Naples Park is so close to US 41 and all the shops, including Mercato. Distance to the beach is a 40 minute walk, but if you prefer to drive there is a public parking by the beach entrance that is convenient. Biking to the beach is easy.
The house would benefit from someone organizing the kitchen a little better. Also we didn't find most of the typical house supplies available for the length of the stay. No detergents other than an almost empty bottle, no cleaning sponges, no overall cleaning supplies, no garbage bags, etc. I understand that we had a longer than typical stay, but these things shouldn't be in our list for the first visit to the supermarket.

House couldn’t be more perfectly suited for a stay in Florida. Every time we needed something, the house somehow delivered. Impeccably clean, from the backyard and pool to each of the 4 bathrooms. Kitchen and living room were spacious and exceedingly comfortable. Hope to return!

This was our first trip to Naples. The house was perfect, very clean, has everything you need and more. Beach is a short drive , we parked in a parking garage each morning and walked the 3 minutes to beach. The house has chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels, so easy to have a great beach day! Plenty of great restaurants and stores close by. We loved riding the bikes every day around the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Very comfortable home, conveniently located. Check in was easy and thorough. Home is exactly as shown. Particularly liked having the bikes at our disposal as well as chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

Great week!
Darren’s home was just as advertised. We loved the fact that that we could walk or ride one of the bicycles to the beach easily. His home was very well maintained and the property manager, David, was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was stocked with most spices and there was everything needed to cook, bake and grill. The neighborhood was quiet and also was very close to lots of shopping, including many grocery stores. We will definitely be back next visit to Naples! Thank you Darren!

What a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and very comfortable! The main area is spacious and perfect for everyone to spend time together. Our kids loved the huge cozy couches and blankets. The pool and spa are both wonderful! It was especially nice that we were able to control the temperature of the water. Nice warm pool! The backyard was very private and the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We really enjoyed grilling out and enjoying dinner at the outdoor table. The propane fire pit was a wonderful way to end each night of adventures. The high end washer & dryer were awesome! Overall an awesome house and we will be back!

Great home for a family in a great area!
We stayed over Spring Break with another family. It was great for all of us - the pool and hot tub were great and we used it daily along with the outdoor seating. All of the beach items and bikes were the biggest bonus - it was so nice to not have to worry about needing beach toys, towels, a cart, cooler or beach chairs and umbrellas. We used them all!! The house was great too and comfy!

Wonderful stay at Napoli!
What a great time! The property was as perfect as it looks in the photos! The property manager was helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Our family came to visit us and we had everything we needed for the beach and the pool!! We will be coming back!!

Wonderful stay!
We had a very nice stay at The Napoli. The house was perfect for our family of four but could certainly sleep more. It had everything we needed and more. We were 5 minutes to great shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend to other families looking to get away.

Awesome experience
Thank you for sharing your vacation home! The house offered high end furnishings and was very clean. The property manager met us on arrival and walked us through the property, explained the entertainment and pool settings. The salt water pool was spectacular and the fire pit was a gathering place for our family in the evenings. The large screen tv and surround system was also a great feature our family enjoyed. What an incredible stay!!! We traveled with four adults and two children under the age of four. The house was equipped with pack and plays, high chairs, kid toys for the pool and house, and other child friendly items. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with all the tools you would need to cook meals as well as a coffee pot, to Keurigs and lots of organic k cups! The pool was incredible and heated! The outdoors area has its own beautiful bathroom, grill, outside eating area, and fire pit with couch. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay!!! My husband and I and our 2 kids stayed in the rooms toward the front of our house with was separate Enough from the master that walks out to the pool where my parents stayed so we never bothered them with any noise at night. 5 stars and beyond!!!
Also the house managers we’re so helpful with any questions!! We truly hope to be back again!!!
