The room was really big, with our own rooftop terrace overlooking the pool. The air conditioning worked superbly and having the cool retreat of our hotel room made our holiday in Naples really enjoyable because we could find refuge from the 36 degrees temperature on the street. The swimming pool was great, really big and not too busy if we went swimming early or later in the day. The staff we so friendly and very happy to help with any questions about sightseeing, transport, local places to eat, etc. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us easy and quick access to all the main sights.

The wifi connection was unreliable and when it was available it was very slow.

Access to the pool and fitness centre are excellent added bonuses.

The pool and gym were excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. The whole hotel was very clean.

Wider choice of breakfast selection would have been preferred.

As a city Napoli are captivating. The location of the hotel are perfect for walks and experience. No probs. moving around and though a "difficult to access parking"; all works problem-free if your gps are working properly. This is a modern high standard hotel, with lots of treats (pool,spa etc). A sence of luxary. We had a large balcony/terrace and a nice conseptual view of the city. A clear sence of presence. Staff are spotless, and general function without argument. highly rekommended

Basically nothing, but maybe pool opening hours? and perhaps a more than usual exciting access to the car park?

The staff were outstanding, if I could rate them higher I would (especially Claudio!!). The location was perfect, and the gym was great!
