Veronika was very helpful and flexible about the arrival and made our stay easier with some tips and advices.

Very good location, easy access to everything. Great apartment layout, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ideal for 2 families.

The beds are extremely small, uncomfortable. There is a construction site on the 1st floor and it is not funny to wake up for a hammer drill at 7.25 every morning. This info should have been given at reservation.

Carlos was great at making welcome and giving us advice regarding places to eat

The location. It was also very good bathrooms, kitchen and beds.

Some of the chairs were broken, or in bad shape. No real coffe maker (with ordinary filter). Low battery level in some of the AC remote control.

A lovely and bright appartment with four comfortable bedrooms! It was nice, clean and cosy. Located in the old city, very close to lots of great restaurants - we highly recommend «El tapeo the cervantes» for instance! Friendly staff who was quick to reply any questions or queries we had! Easy and flexible! Very happy with this choice of accomodation!

The noice from partying people passing by in the nearby streets can be fairly loud at night, so if you are going for a quiet family vacation or if you’re a light sleeper - be warned and bring ear plugs. Also note that there’s only one small sofa and «sofa-chair» in the living room...comfortable for three-four persons, but a bit small for five or more if you plan on staying in all night long..
