It had a lot of facilities, shops, swimming pools, bars, spa and others. Also, it is great value for money.
Pools could be cleaned a little bit more often.

Light was like in the hospital , had black mould smell in one of our bedrooms , so moved beds in another bedroom

multiple pools to choose from. I was worried that it would be very family with children orientated but the separate adults only areas were great. the staff also acknowledged my partners birthday and left some fizz in the room. much appreciated.
the balcony’s are not a nice area to chill in because of the orange screens instead of clear impacting views

All the staff including the house maids where extremely helpful and nice. Food and entertainment was very good. The tv included English and other European channels A very nice experience.
The building was outstanding. the middle of the building is open aired with a water fall. Great outside pool area, lovely balcony over looking the pool. kids area looked fun. Nice lay out. sofa s out in the hall. really nice.

The entire staff were fantastic so efficientandalways friendly. Room cleaned every day.Apartment was great. I would highly recommend it for families.

Location, pool and the baby pool fantastic. And I like the pool environment no noise music. Food was fine.

The evening food was a little bit limited for choice. And some popular choices took a while to be cooked again

The hotel is nice and the staff were very helpful but we paid a lot of money and expected more. The clientele were very loud, and enjoyed partying very late into the night which was problematic for us travelling with using children.
Too loud, very expensive for what we got.

food was poor not a lot of choice only 1 smoking area and u have to pay for drinks if not superior and pay for kettle as not in all rooms and have to pay for towels and i never leave feedback but i thought i had 2 as payed enough money 4 this all inclusive

Central, good facilities and faultless breakfast
Hallway’s with motion lights made for a bit dark & gloomy but understand the electrical saving. Open roof posed issues when rained again appreciate doesn’t happen often.

customer service and staff were fantastic. massages at the spa were excellent.
the bed was very hard. extra blanket provided smelled and the shower door leaked water.

The food was amazing we are vegetarian and there was so much choice . The hotel was really clean , the pools were great and the entertainment was really good fun for all ages . I would highly recommend this hotel
