a bit dirty. please clean properly. got cockroach.

i think must clean properly. tiles & wall dirty. no safety. suppose every room put "pelampong" for safety. im stay at hibiscus , all room got pelampong. not worth it for me , pay 850 got room dirty , no pool in the room.

The arrangement of the dining/breakfast tables are too close to each other which makes it difficult for guests to get in and out

Room is big, 1 king and 1 queen, enough for my family (2 adults, 2 kids). Location nearby to town, easy to find food. Breakfast buffet acceptable but not worth with RM45

Room quite old. TV channel is lousy (blur and very limited channels). Room lighting too dark at night. No shampoo provided during checkin (maybe housekeeping forget to refill), called to front desk to request shampoo (multiple times) but did not come after wait 20mins (all family members waiting in wet due to come up from swimming), have to go down to front desk to make complaint, very disappointed. Swimming pool small. Go to beach need to travel a distance by car (~15mins). In overall, 600 per room per night (including tax and breakfast for 4 people) not worth of money, better looking for other option.

Room very spacious, comfortable for our family (4 pax) to stay in together. Two big beds, comfortable to sleep. Balcony with clear sea-view. Nice to sit and relax, watching the sunset/sunrise. Very calm. Breakfast very good, staffs are good. Not forgetting the security guards very good as well. Parking space good. Surely will visit again.

Nothing much to complain, except the followings: # the furniture, the tiles, looks a bit old. Just need polish up to bring out the shining. # Wall painting or wall paper, just a touch-up could bring better and brighter look. # bathroom glass door, makes screeching noise. Just need fixing.

the cleaniness of the room

The best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff. From check-in to the buggy ride to our unit, it was smooth and pleasant. Parking is plenty, which is great. I enjoyed the view from our balcony.

The facilities in the hotel seemed a bit old. A lot of large steps in the room (step down to shower, step up for bath tub), so this is not so good for old people who have knees issue (like my parents). A lot of improvement is needed on breakfast. Please invest in providing good coffee and tea for customers, that is so essential for breakfast.
