La chambre était très spacieuse. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement.
Le petit déjeuner sur le roof top est très bien, de bonne qualité avec une très belle vue en terrasse.
Le parking direct en dessous de l'hôtel est un vrai plus.
Le personnel en général était très professionnel et sympathique.
La piscine n'est pas très grande, elle se situe sur le toit et il y a très peu de places (environ 10). Il faut savoir qu'elle est à l'ombre une partie de la matinée.
Nous avons diné au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir et le repas était très bon, les plats très bien dressés et le serveur extrêmement sympathique et serviable.
La salle de bain mérite un petit coup de frais

Niet eens koffie of thee mogelijkheid op de kamer.
Niets te eten in het hotel behalve duur restaurant en snoepautomaat beneden. Die kwam pas op onze laatste dag

Et flott hotell med perfekt beliggenhet. Jeg måtte dra før frokosten åpnet, men fikk da en liten "bag" med litt mat å ta med. Det var veldig bra.

Unclear instructions about reaching the beach. Rooftop bar/restaurant staff tended to avoid communicating with me. Coffee at breakfast wasn’t to my taste.

Poor seal on shower made getting water all over the floor unavoidable. But plenty of towels to mop up with.

Great location. Front desk Staff helpful and polite.
Noisy. Both nights was awakened by people partying then large celebration 2nd night with fireworks, horns etc b/c of futbol win which went on till almost 1:00am-we had a 4:00am airport pickup so very little sleep when we had a long day of travel. Also need more staff on rooftop. Staff hard to find, did not come get drink orders each time we were there till we went in to order from bar for ourselves.

Absolument tout, l’emplacement, la terrasse avec vue sur le coucher de soleil et le port, le personnel super gentil, le spa et la piscine, les chambres et l’intimité
Le seche-cheveux qui se coupe apres 2 minutes d’utilisation et qui doit se recharger

Lady in black in het restaurant. Gaf alleen maar aanwijzingen. Bij drukte pakte ze zelf nog niet een bord op. 10.00 uur buffet dicht echt slecht.

Amazing terrace and views over Faro. Rooms very clean. Great location.
Unfortunately our room faced the town side so lots of people out would stand below our window chatting and drinking. Also there was a couple that had a very loud and dramatic fight two doors down from our room at 2 am but in fairness to the hotel they did deal with it.
The breakfast buffet was good but shoved into a corner of the restaurant which made it very crowded.

The breakfast was good with loads of options and the fact we could sit on the rooftop and had a nice view from there. The staff were all nice and helpful. Spa facilities were good although we didn't use it.
Location was good as it was in the centre we could walk everywhere.
Wish the TV was bigger and was a smart TV, also wished the pool was slightly larger.

Breakfast was excellent. Location very good especially travelling to Faro Airport. Room facing out onto street unfortunately noise from street very loud. Loved the outdoor space.

We received a very warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious and very clean.

The breakfast was superb.
The staff were all very friendly.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The bed was very comfortable and clean.
Facial Tissues in the bathroom would have been nice.
That our friends booked with Expedia and paid exactly the same as we did but they received a bottle of wine and a larger, front (Marina) facing room.
Next time we will use Expedia!

Location was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. Nice rooftop pool.
Room was nice but would not stay long as no balcony or place to be out except roof. Sun beds were few and space was restricted. Nice for overnight.

Excellent location in Faro - very central.
Staff all very friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was only warm at best and was served on cold plates which only made things worse.

The staff were friendly at check in and around the hotel.
Unfortunately my room on the first night was under the pool and restaurant. The machines beside these were noisy so it took me hours to sleep. I called reception at 2:30am if i could move room, they asked if i could wait until the morning and I'll be looked after. I fell asleep but was again with noise and an aircraft at 730. I also had 2 bites on my ankle and ants in my bed.
I was given a new room, which was clean and noise free but i asked for my money back for that first night due to the lack of sleep, and hassle of it. The head of sales was less than forthcoming and instead offered me a cocktail, i said no thank you.

central location, close to pick up spots for different activities, close to the local bus centre, plenty of food options within walking distance.
there’s a free hotel shuttle directly to and from Faro Beach
hotel breakfast was really good, but you’d have to get there early to really enjoy everything as sometimes things run out and aren’t replaced until the next morning.
the jets in the pool weren’t working during our stay sadly.

I have stayed here before so knew what to expect. It did not disappoint. Staff are very pleasant and professional. Very clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choice at buffet. Pastries are lovely!
There are 8 steps up to the entrance to the hotel. There is no porter to help. I had to bump my suitcase up the steps and another guest helped me when I was leaving. Not satisfactory. This issue could so easily be resolved.
Anyone with mobility problems should be made aware of the steps.
