This is the worst Marriott i ever stayed. The property was hosting a party and to inconvenience of guests we had to go around the party to even approach our buildings. If party is the priority the hotel should then stop accepting guests during that period. The rooms were not sound proof; i woke up during the night with sounds of people next door; the staff guiding me to the rooms were also not sure how to approach the rooms due to closure of lobby for the party. I will not recommend anyone the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff Very good swimming pools

Poor hygiene and expensive Breakfast food items are left uncovered and attract flies. I had severe v+d for two days Seawater in Patong beach is unsuitable for swimming. Brown. Apparently untreated sewage is released into the bay One (!) pork chop with mashed potatoes and a coke costs more than £22

The property was immaculately maintained. The facilities were great and enjoyed by our family with 3 older boys. Close to OTOP and all that Patong had to offer. Beach access was great with cocktails on the beach and shopping genuine fakes till the sun goes down. The Brekky was unreal and a great hearty start to every day. We all enjoyed the hotel and had an absolute ball.

الموقع رائع امام الشاطئ وقريب من الخدمات والمطاعم العربيه وكذلك يبعد من 15-20 دقيقه مشي عن شارع بنغالو الافطار ممتاز جداً ومتنوع والطاولات كثيرة منها الداخلي ومنها الخارجي ومنها على المسبح التكييف ممتاز جداً الإطلاله جميله جداً شرف الغرف تفتح على البحر بشكل جزئي يوجد شطاف في الحمام

الفندق لا يستحق 5 نجوم. النظافة سيئة جدا فالحشرات والنمل بكثرة في الغرفه والمفارش يوجد بها بقع كذلك الاثاث يوجد به بقع. حاويه النظافه بالغرفه صغيرة جدا تمتلئ بسرعه. الخدمه سيئة جدا جدا فموظفين المغسلة رفضوا تسليمي الملابس إلا بعد نزولي من الغرفه للاستقبال وتسليمهم قيمه الغسيل اولاً وعندما ذكرت لهم بأنه لاتوجد لدي ملابس لكي انزل وانني سوف اسددهم مباشرة عند الغرفه ارسلوا موظف سيئ جداً قام بأخذ بالنقود مني كاش وقال انه لا يملك الصرف لارجاع الباقي وقال بأنه سوف يرجع ولكن لم يرجع إلا بعد 25 دقيقه بعد اتصالي عليهم وارجع الباقي 33 بات كلها نقود معدنية..!! كذلك الحال عندما طلبت ان يكون الخروج من الفندق الساعه 3 قالوا لا الخروج الساعه 1 وطلبوا ان ادفع 1500 بات ووافقت مضطراً ولكن قالوا انزل للاستقبال وادفع الان...! جميع الفنادق المحترمه يتم تسجيل جميع الفواتير وتسديدها عند الخروج لكن هم سياستهم الدفع مباشرة بدون تأخير. طلبت المساعده بحمل الحقائب عند المغادرة ولكن تأخروا بإرسال اي شخص للغرفه مما اضطرني لحملها بنفسي. لايوجد مكواة ملابس حراريه فقط بالبخار وسيئة جداً لايوجد مرآه حائطيه للحلاقه والاضاءة سيئة جداً في دورة المياه وفي الغرفه بشكل عام فالحلاقه بالغرفه معاناة وصعبه. الخصوصية معدومه بين الغرف فالحاجز بين الغرف في الشرفه عبارة عن شرائح مفتوحه . اصوات اعمال الصيانه مزعجه جدا لا يمكن النوم بسببها. بجانب الفندق مواقف كبيرة للسيارات والباصات مزعجه جداُ الفندق كبير جداً ومتعب للانتقال من الغرفه الى الاستقبال او المطعم للافطار او الخروج من الفندق حيث الفندق يحتوي على 7 مباني وانا ساكن في المبنى رقم 7 والفندق له مخرجين على الشاطئ من الخلف ومن الامام وهو الرئيسي. مبلغ التأمين الذي يدفع عند تسجيل الدخول مرتفع وضعف الفنادق الاخرى فقد طلبوا مني 7500 بات ورفضت وطلبت إزالة الميني بار من الغرفه خاصه ان الفنادق تتأخر بإعادة المبلغ للبطاقه بعد المغادرة السعر بشكل عام مرتفع جداً مقارنه بمستواه

The hotel is in a perfect location. When I booked I didn’t realise there was beach front access. Theyre currently building an extension at the beach side of the hotel which will be a restaurant so it’ll soon have beach views. BUFFET BREAKFAST: The buffet breakfast is heaven. There’s an egg station which includes fried, scrambled, omelet, boiled eggs + toppings to be cooked into the scrambled and omelet. There’s a noodle station with 4-5 different types of noodles, broths, meat and veg to be cooked up in front of you. The western section consists of bacon, bake beans, roasted potato/hashbrown, mushrooms. There’s a waffle making station which also does pancakes and French toast with 8 toppings you can put on (maple syrup, bananas, peanut butter etc). There is an Indian section full of different curries/dishes 5-6 different dishes. There’s an Asian section which consists of different rice dishes, vegetables etc 5-6 dishes. The bread station has 7 different types of bread to toast, it has 4-5 different pastries such as croissants to have also. There’s a fruit section has 5-6 different cut up fruits. Yogurt, porridge etc. there’s 6 different cold juices to have as well, pineapple/mango/orange/apple etc (they rotate each day but orange and apple were a staple). There is a cold meats and cheese section which is full of a variety of different items such as pickles, crackers, cold meats, cheeses etc. You can also make coffees using the machine- I’m usually fussy with coffee however the machine tasted barista made that I never ordered a fresh coffee. But there were lots of people ordering iced coffees which looked amazing. There’s different milks provided (I’m lactose free and didn’t have any issues throughout my stay). ROOMS I booked a deluxe double room and it looked out over the pool.

В главном корпусе, если окна на улицу слышен шум дороги- ночью и шум hard rock кафе Персонал на территории детского бассейна чуть нервный - и пытаются не адекватно и некорректно делать замечания Холя ребенок в памперс и туники бегал именно рядом с бассейном и плавать не собирался ни разу. При этом китайцы в таком виде вообще толпой бегали в детском бассейне и к ним не подходили. Море достаточно грязное за отелем - нужно идти минут 10 до чистого в сторону тц Central и отеля Flora. Нету бесплатных трансферов в ближайшие ТЦ и в Merlin beach( раньте был) Номера немного тесные

החדר לא אטום לרעשים רוב החדרים יש דלת מקשרת וזה הרגיש שה״שכנים״ שלנו יושבים איתנו בחדר זה היה בלתי נסבל שהתלוננו למלון נתנו לנו זיכוי מבייש של 1000 באט , הציעו להעביר אותנו לחדר בלי דלת מקשרת אבל עם 2 מיטות ולא מיטה זוגית.

La courtoisie du Personel. Un mobilier de qualité avec beaucoup d’équipement

Wat een rustoord te midden van de gekte van Patong. Mooie kamer, goed bed, schone badkamer met regendouche. Het ontbijt was zeer gevarieerd met een eggstation, waar je niet in de rij hoefde te staan. Je bestelling werd naar de tafel gebracht. Heerlijke koffie en veel vers fruit. Er is een directe uitgang aan de achterkant van het hotel naar het strand. Je moet wel een vrij drukke weg oversteken om er te komen. Veel restaurantjes en barretjes. Het winkelcentrum Jung Ceylon is gezellig om te verkennen. 200 baht voor elke tuk tuk, men werkt samen. Heerlijke pizza gegeten in het Italiaanse restaurant.

Jammer dat wij 3 keer de kamer niet in konden en een vrij lange wandeling terug moesten maken naar de receptie om iemand van de technische dienst naar het probleem te laten kijken. Wij verbleven in kamer 2314, naast de trap tegenover het speelgedeelte met waterslides voor de kinderen. Geen overlast gehad.

The staff are amazing and will do everything to make your stay magnificent. The location is perfect. I was there with my 14 years old daughter and we had a great time. The food in the hotel is very good. The room are great. The gym is perfect.

Large property. Has two sides. Beach & market sides. Has 4 pools. One has water slides that all can use. A bit of fun. Breakfast has a huge variety they even have Vegemite for us Aussies. Loved the soups for breakfast. Staff are polite & friendly. Room was decent size. King size bed very comfortable with great pillows. House keeping everyday.

יש ריח מוזר בחדרים של רטיבות. המחיר יחסית גבוה.

Что тут можно сказать? Это Marriott!!! Отель супер! Но и цена тоже супер! Четыре бассейна начиная с большого бассейна для самых маленьких и заканчивая бассейном с глубиной больше 2 метров. Очень дружелюбный и квалифицированный персонал. Завтраки изумительные. Расположение тоже супер! Рядом с Hard Rock cafe и Hooters. Напротив рынок.

Приветственный ужин был, честно говоря, не очень. Фитнесс центр для того, чтобы получить звезды, так себе. На ресепшн мало сотрудников, а так как с каждым гостем очень тщательно работают, то приходится очень, очень долго ждать.

We enjoyed our stay generally. It’s been rainy days, glad the kids have Play room for him to enjoy.

3 things I thing can be improved: 1. Thin Walls Connecting Room One of the downside of the room is we got a connecting room, we slept early and was awaken by my neighbour loud talking at 10pm and keep going in and out of their room banging the door loudly, then again at 12am singling and blasting music. Again at 6am blasting music and singing. We requested to change room the next day, and they switched us to non connecting room, which is better. 2. The entrance coming from the beach should have a washing area for us to wash our feet before we enter our room, so that we won’t dirty your room with sand 3. The designated smoking area is just right next to the middle swimming pool, we find ourselves keep inhaling smoke when we are swimming. Please make that smoking zone far away. TQ

Located very close to the beach. There are two big pools. If you love swimming this is probably the biggest pool you will find in this area. The fitness centre is well equipped and open all day. They do an amazing breakfast buffet with a big spread. Room I stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff will always greet you with a smile and help you if you need anything. I thought the price was very reasonable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Lovely facilities, multiple bars, restaurant, souvenir shop, pool table, gym, kids area, three pools, daily activities for kids and adults. I especially liked the shortcut to the beach. Hotel is next door to Hard Rock Cafe. Breakfast was nice, so much to pick from. Room was nice but basic, and the fridge was turned off. My room was not ready to check into so they gave me a complimentary drink. Large hotel quite a walk if you are at the far end.

No umbrella in the room and since it rained they ran out of umbrellas for guests.
