Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aussicht auf den See war top. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal. Das Frühstücksbuffet und Raum war sehr fein und gemütlich. Der Service vom Hotel einfach top. Meine Nichte hat ihr "Noschi" im Hotelzimmer zurückgelassen. Sofort wurde sich darum gekümmert und uns heimgeschickt. Herzlichen Dank.

The staff was amazing! Every day, they asked about our plans on the way out and offered suggestions. Every night on the way in, they would ask us about our day! They were amazing. We had wine for the room, and they gave us wine glasses. The staff was the best part of the stay.

Nothing really. The hotel is older and some of the plugs were hard to use with newer adapters, but we made it work. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal. We had absolutely no complaints about our stay.

Excellent location, bus and ferry terminal virtually at the front. David who checked us in was really helpful in providing us with our needs.

Wonderful location; great value; helpful and attentive staff—you can really tell this is a family-run hotel; balcony views were incredible

small bathrooms and lack of outlets—but that comes with an older establishment; the pros far outweighed any inconveniences

There was a funny smell at the reception, but i think it came from the restaurant on the ground floor.

It is well positioned facing the lake and right in front of the Montreux Christmas market.

The lift was down! A charming but old facility.
