The position was great to visit the city, we have parked the car near the hotel and than we forgot the car for the whole day. We were there with our dog for which was requested an extra charge.

The building was old and elevator small and slow.

-The workers were friendly there. -We could change our check-in dates without any further costs.

-Too expensive for what you get for. -Air conditioner was not working properly. Was turning on and off every 2 minutes, the room was not even a bit cold after having the a/c "on" for 24 hours. -The bed was very uncomfortable, we could barely sleep. -The location is a bit unlucky, 30 minutes by walk to the train station, which is far away for corse distances. -Agressive dog in the lobby. -Stinky and dirty floors, was hard to breathe for somelne with asthma. -WLAN WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL! COULD NOT CONNECT ONCE! -We got scamed with breakfast: While check-in, the receptionist gave us the feeling that breakfast was included in the room price. So, we had breakfast (was okay but nothing special) and when we wanted to check-out we got the bill for 2 times breakfast, 12-13€ per person. We tried to make him clear that we had understood the breakfast would be included in the price, since while check in he had told us when the time for breakfast would be without telling us sth about price or anything. Since we had no time to have a bigger discussion, we paid for it but we got definitely scamed from the receptionist. Would not recommend any of you to stay here. It is not worth it!

The location was great, it was close to the city center - 15 min walk and the place was still very quiet. There was a nice terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. Breakfast was tasty but there was limited selection of the meals. The bathroom was new and clean.

The aircondition was old and noisy (although it was efficient). The room was too small, there was not enough place for our baggage. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Parking is paid however it is not available every day as there is very limited number of hotel parking places. It is better to park outside the hotel for free.

The staff is very kind. The right people in the wrong place.

The hotel is too old and in ruins. Broken things have never been changed. First night find a spider in the bed.

Staff was courteous and spoke in English. They also helped with bus accommodations through their automated concierge system.
