Facilities is run down -- common halls and elevators are dirty. Paint falling off the walls everywhere. Room has an odd scent.

The staff were friendly and always helpful. Our extended family met in the afternoon in the breakfast area to eat pizza and for my son to open graduation gifts. I offered to sweep, wipe the tables and take the trash out. The friendly front desk employee told me not to worry and that she would do it for us. The common areas and rooms were very clean. The employees that cleaned our rooms were friendly, too. I just wish we would have had time to swim in the fun looking pool.

The key cards to the room kept deactivating but, the employees were always happy to redo.

Room was for the most part clean. Day staff amazing.

Night staff, the handicap shower was broken, and bed was not as comfortable .

The sheets were really rough. Uncomfortable

The beds are terrible and the pillows were very uncomfortable the AC in the room wasn't working well

AC worked well and breakfast was good.

No water in swimming pool, gym was under construction, had dogs in next room whining, warm water in shower first night, all outlets didn't work along with TV when arrived, had to have staff work on/reset breaker.
