Everything would stay there again outstanding

The owner/manager was very freindly, his night staff let me check in early in the morning a few hours early when i expained i had booked travelled all night and not planned well and was 350 miles from home, He invited me in and stated the tea/lcoffee facilties were open adn kingly showed me around teh gaff... which was very quiet, clean and enjoyable, clean towels, soaps, niice shower to name a few were very welcoming after a long trek. During the day my freinds had travelled from Birmingham to see me and the owner was very conversive with them until i was ready to greet them. To ther extent that they will openly book a room here next time in town. in fact were are planning an outing in that town soon and 4 of us will book there. The owner also kindly let my frind from out of town use the toilet twice, when it was strictly against their rules. Thank you Sir, we know where to book when next in town, :)

Cant complaint about anything to be very honest., Uinfortunately i took very little pics ...but i will next time hopefully.

Peter was very accommodating and understanding when my arrival times were being affected by some vehicle issues. There is also a nice little cafe next door in which to have breakfast.

Breakfast was lovely. It wasn't included in the price of the stay, but you wouldn't expect that for the very reasonable amount for the room. They have a coffee shop in the hotel and I had a cheese omelette and hot chocolate for under £6.

I was perfectly happy with everything.

The location was good for where we needed to be

When we got there and were shown to our room the room was so very cold we had to ask for the heating on for 2 days this prompted them to come and check the room radiator on the second day . There was a constant raw sewage smell coming from the shower room every time we opened the door We arrived on the Fri till sun when we were leaving we stopped for breakfast in the cafe next door and that was really nice ..I started itching on my 2 hour journey home to be absolutely horrified to see when I got undressed that I had been so badly bitten I went on the Monday to have these bites checked to be informed they were bed bug bites as they were only in areas of my body that were exposed my friends had a few bites each but as I react badly to bites mine had started to swell and itch they were on my arms,hands,face,and really bad on my feet . I took photos and sent them to the hotel to be told nobody else had ever complained suggesting I had been bitten else were ..I'm now on day 8 and they have started to heal but have left a few scars especially on my arms .. I have reported this to booking .com who had sent a complaint on my behalf to Bentley's Hotel But not even an apology absolutely disgusting

toilet and bath room were very small space not comfortable. especially for big body. it require a kitchen .
