Property was good for the value of money. Good breakfast. Staffs are cooperative. Interiors are average. Overall not bad.

Location is just 10 minutes drive from Airport.

The room was very big with separate sitting area. The bed was very comfortable.

Wifi didn’t work very well, big shower head didn’t work. Also I asked for some tea as room service and this was never delivered. Hotel could do with a refurbishment. Breakfast was ok, but no fresh juice and the coffee was tasteless.

The staff was great.

It’s outdated and a bit of old

Caring hall staff, making sure that you’ve got your drinks/food during breakfast despite the busyness.

A receptionist was not that helpful with giving us info on bus/train services (ticket purchases, locations etc.).

They charged me for my stay twice and I can’t find any contact ti request a refund

The hotel is located in the city center, close to everything, and the staff are all very kind and professional

Location, parking,breakfast, Rooms Door has share with someone else Room? staff.

Everything was good. Breakfast was good. Quite place. Near to regular transport facilities. Staff and cleanliness maintenance was appreciated.

We were given King size bed but it didn't look like King size bed.

The wifi was not good

After horrible riads in the old cities with extremely small rooms without windows and with minimal accessories - this hotel was our paradise. Costs like the riads, but gives much more. Everything works, the shower is perfect, no water around. The breakfast is good.

The balcony could be treated better.

Staff rude, racist to my partner, left after one night of a 6 night stay. Outside is a building site, roads are being renewed and no pavement. Had to complain which was not what I want from a vacation hotel
