Access difficult by car and foot

Spacious room. Excellent batroom and room facilities. Room was clean. Room service including the bellman was excellent. Breakfast was grande and delicious. Excellent service always with a smile. Location is in the business part of the city - Great for transportation and other conveniences.

The building was a nice and modern from the outside with the lobby but with a classic twist from the inside. The hotel was close to the mall area. The attractions were close by with a max of 30 min drive. There is a 24/store in the lobby if you need anything at any time of the day. The staff was friendly and helpful with all the requests we asked for.

The bed was hard to sleep on, which i dislike. Some people find it comfortable maybe but not me.

The staff make this place tick.

Some of the team members seem tightly wound.

Room was very spacious Very well located in the center but you need to expect a lot of traffic when travelling from and to the hotel Staff was helpful

Room wasn’t up to standard cleanliness wise (stains in the bathtub, towels etc..) At checkout We had to wait for them to do room checking before we leave and we almost missed our flight so expect to wait 5-10mins before leaving for them to check your room Day tours with them are RIDICULOUSLY expensive so that was a huge bummer

Pretty basic for the price….and dress code to eat at the breakfast??? I mean are you serious??? We are on vacation and I need to worry about dress code for breakfast??? Wowwww… first time I encountered that while traveling.

in our room, the toilet was kind of old, there seems to be a lot to be repaired: 1. the water temperature was always hot, had difficulty fixing the water temperature, we had to call housekeeping for assist 2. no bidet in our room, we had to request for a dipper 3. only 1 tp roll everyday, we had to request for another roll, everyday of our stay 3. bath tub was slippery, it was kind of a makeshift bathtub in the sense that you use the bath tub as your shower area, you had to literally climb into the bathtub to stand under the shower faucet; had difficulty making the haldheld shower functions, when you touch the metal it was hot 🥺
