The hotel was excellent in very way.

location was good for the city

Air Con not working ,manager couldn’t say when it would be fixed .27 degrees and humid needed ac barely slept for two nights carpets worn out , quite run down in the areas we saw general odd smell stuck in lift which they were working on but didn’t block customers using it. Manager made some comment but wasn’t overly apologetic

our dog is very big so we got a room for three people. it was really big and I loved how green and blu is was and also the giant bath

the hotel is a bit old, and needs some restyle. I have an allergy to dust and it was not ideal

I booked a room with a double bed and received a room with two small separate beds. At my request, he changed it for me. The heater made a noise like a tractor and did not heat at all. I was freezing cold all night. The wireless didn't work and the room was shabby with worn and unkempt furniture. The thin blanket was wrapped only on the bottom, and the top came in contact with all the customers - unhygienic. They didn't have duvets, it's December!!!! Do not approach this hotel, it does not deserve even 2 stars even if it has a TV, refrigerator and hair dryer.

The staff member Amina was very helpful and sorted out our transfer when there was a delay with our flight. Eurohotel were very accommodating and helpful
