I liked everything about the hotel. I like the way they don’t have carpet down (less germs), the covers was clean and white, the bed was very comfortable, the amount of towels were fantastic!

The water wasn’t that hot, the snacks are extremely too high

I had to be changed to a queen suite instead of double beds. The let out sofa bed was old it had stains on it so I slept on top of the cushions

Nothing not one single thing

Well for starters I booked online with the notion that i will be billed when I got there. Booked for two days only they charged me for one before EI arrived. When I got there they wouldnt allow me to check in bc I didn't have my ID. Ok fine I understand. My friend went to use his instead and they still wanted payment after charging my card for the one day. Here it is five days later and the hold is still on the 80 bucks ro the 60 dollar room. It is supposed to release the hold in two days. Not to mention. Ive spoke to two diff front desk babysitters if y will and left messages for management. Booking. Can't releaser the hold the merchant gas to and if u email the hotel u will receive crickets. I sh** u not. Then on the reservation when I booked it said I would not be charged til I arrived but it was schRged before I arrived and now I can't get a holdof anyone that I need to. I'm wondering if super 8 corporate can do anything but I'm not one to get caught up in the infamous red tape so I ve notified my bank they r of no help T this time bc it's stillon hold. Until it a tually processed I can't dispute it And I don't know what the deal is but maybe I should just visit them in person so I can actually speak with the insudividual who is supposed to be in the business of hospitality bc honestly there hasnt been anyone on or involved in the whole transaction since it began that has any rela knowledge of what their job description entails. I hate to be so negative but it's been almost a week and do u think that it will clear on the weekend. I'm gonna guess and say uuuuum NO. THATS WHAT I GET FOR BOOKING AT. A BUDGET FRIEDNLY HOTEL. U OAY FOR WHt you get

I left my jewelry there and &ave called multiple times but staff keeps putting me off. Saying they will talk to housekeeping and will get back to me but still hasn't

Didn’t have enough money to pay the $50 cash but was still charged on my card for the nights stay. Absolutely terrible

The service and to tell someone they charge extra other than what they put on the card. Had to sleep in my car and was still charged. Terrible business

The bed linens were very itchy... The remote didn't work so TV was stuck on one channel & management refused to help....Two Motel Front Desk Agents were in the middle of arguing with a guest at the time of my check in concerning a service animal. The guest stated that they were breaking the law!
