The location and cleanliness.

Room maintenance was not upto standard. Pictures are misleading. They do not give you the room you choose and pay such a high price for. I did not feel the rooms were worth paying so much. Rooms and food is way overpriced.

Duplex cottage is a refreshing layout - airy, private garden adds an edge.

Room was not properly clean when we checked in, basic amenities were missing. have a kitchenette but has no equipment or utensils.

Feedback should have been given long back and I have to get a refund for the days I have stayed as I have been fooled a lot. In the room which I had booked, I did not get anywhere or I was like that there will be a pillar in beside the bed and the room will be so small and will be in the back side and monkeys were coming there, because of which my daughter was very upset. It happened or I had a very rubbish experience. I would never want to stay at this hotel again. Yes, but there is one thing. The food and Chef were very good.

Nothing really , The room is really basic, this is after the property had upgraded us to a cottage which is two rooms in one cottage. Nothing really to like about the property

The food was really average and overpriced. The service wasn't that great. Its actually quite sad to see how a property in such a good location messes up everything.

I was not given the room I booked. The room didn't match the photographs.
