staff were amazingly warm, welcoming, and friendly beautifully decorated rooms and communal spaces quiet perfect air conditioning nice bedding and decent pillows pools were clean and warm stunning location (definitely need a car!) perfect for exploring the eastern Algarve delicious burgers!

it could be difficult at times to find staff to help you, eg it is took us a while to find someone to check us in, and says the snack bar is open from 2-8 but could be hard to find someone during those times, which was frustrating when hungry and couldn’t drive elsewhere as had some wine already not much space in the bathroom to put things or hang toiletries bag

Amazing stay, everything was great the room, the facilities, cleanliness and especially Alexandre is a great host made us feel at home. Thank you :) Highly recomend, would visit again great value for what you get.

The wifi isnt great... was the only downside but that might not be relevant for most people visiting Malhao. everything else was great

Breakfast was good, the orange juice was very fresh, also the eggs was made freshly by the request. Great SPA, they have out side swimming pool and inside swimming pool, they have also 2 saunas (steam and Finnish sauna), little gym. Great public and spacious public area. Rooms are also very spacious. Lots of art. We spent a lot time by the outside pool, great place to relax and taking the sun, comfortable sunbathing places and chairs. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was limited. I was disturbed by toilet cleaners aroma.

Excellent hosts, they gave us very nice recommendations of restaurants and places to visit The breakfast was amazing, and so were the facilities! There is a gym, and an outdoor and indoor swimming pool and we had a terrace in our room, everything was wonderful!!

Booked in haste because our original B&B found builders had unexpectedly moved in to renovate their next-door neighbour! We felt sorry for the B&B's owners, but not for ourselves as we landed in this beautiful eco-hotel. Small (9 rooms) and intimate, run by a very kind and welcoming couple (Alexander & Susana) and their delightful friend Ana. A series of interesting rooms - from comfortable doubles to larger more luxurious rooms with well-fitted bathrooms and even a couple with hot tubs! Very comfortable (large) beds and good showers. Eco-friendly products. Set into a hilltop landscape, the building is modern and smart. It includes an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym area, plus an outside pool. Many places to sit and sunbathe or stay in the shade. Several hammocks :-) Lovely breakfast with local products and good coffee. Close to excellent restaurants. 15 minutes from the fabulous and less crowded Eastern Algarve beaches and the beauty of the Ria Formosa - 35 km of islands, channels and waterways. A garden of flowers, trees and herbs with oranges. Several goats and a donkey. In short, a quiet, peaceful place to retreat from noise, stress and work (although it does have decent wifi if you must be digital).

Very comfy bed, the decoration is amazing. Beautifully made guest house, you can see it has been made with love. Jacuzzi is great, bathroom perfect. Loved the sauna and pool. Breakfast was excellent! Lovely hosts.

Nice countryside location but close to the beach. The whole hotel is built and run to a very high standard. Indoor pool is very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the owners very kind and helpful.
