Das Haus ist wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Ein Highlight ist der riesige Garten mit alten Baumbeständen. Check in und Out waren perfekt und vor Ort wurde auf Fragen umgehend reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We came to this villa for a short brake with my husband. It's amazing. Very good for a family break with kids as well. Villa's design makes you feel welcome. Very clean, tydi and neat.View is amazing from the terrace with volcanoes, palm trees and plants situated in the garden. Swimming pool and area outside is closed from neighbours so you feel like you are here by yourselves. From another side it is close walking distance to local shops, pubs or bars. No issues at all communicating with Julie, ladie who looks after villa. We did enjoy staying here and hopefully will come back here again for longer stay.

It was just great in the house! Really nice pool and perfect location to relax!

Séjour agréable, reposant. La maison est très sympa. Lajares et Cotillo top, à mille lieu des usines à touristes. Accueil très sympa de Julie. Seul dommage, la pompe à chaleur de la piscine était HS mais il y a plein d’autre choses à faire.

Schönes Haus mit wunderschöner Terrasse und Garten. Eines der ältesten Häuser in Lajares (renoviert!) mit toller Atmosphäre und einem sagenhaften Blick auf den „heiligen Berg“. Wir (Familie mit 2 Teenagern) haben hier 2 wunderbare Wochen erlebt. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht: gut ausgestattete Küche, Betten ok, Moskitonetze um Betten und vor den Fenstern, Dusche mit genügend Druck. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt (Gärtner und Pool Boy kommen regelmäßig vorbei). Der beheizte Pool war der Hit! Zur Zeit wird direkt neben dem Haus gebaut. Das hört man, keine Frage. Aber wir fanden es nicht so störend. Einziger Kritikpunkt kommt von meinem Sohn: WiFi könnte etwas besser sein... Julie hat uns nett empfangen und verabschiedet. Overall: sehr empfehlenswert! Hasta la próxima!

We had an amazing time at Brice’s beautiful casa in Fuerteventura. It’s perfectly located near the popular town of Lajares and is ideal to be explore the region. The house has everything to hope for with a superb pool and amazing desert garden, it felt like an oasis. Full amenities, most of everything was available, including an AppleTv. We wish we couldve stayed longer, highly recommendable.

The building itself is very nice however the service and surroundings let it down. I cant go into to much detail due to the review limit size and unfortunately cant add photos. Most of the reviews are from when it was first listed, I hope this will give you a more up to date review. The mains points are; - There is building work (Date of stay June 2019) to the side (Foundations just finished) and the front (has all external walls up) of the villa. You can see it and the workers and they can see you directly from/into the 2nd bedroom and also from/into the garden, pool and part of the decking. Given a lack of privacy and added noise leading to the inability to relax. - Pool gets dirty within the day after cleaning, id assume due to the building works producing dust. - No pools towels provided. - No soap was provided even in the bathroom. - No drinkable water provided as stated in the welcome pack. - Outside furniture is sweated stained, you can see an outline of a person on them + no pool towel to cover them. Wouldn't know many people who would want to use them. - Also during our stay the RCD's kept tripping killing all power including the fridges, due to the external water pump leaking (This feeds all the water to the house, inc the toilet) an interim solution of plugging an extension lead in from another socket in turn bypassing the RCD (a safety device)was given. Once the extension lead started to become covered in water due to the water pump still leaking we removed it as that was the reason the RCD was tripping in the first place. We then had no running water for the whole evening and next morning. It was fixed by the time we returned in the afternoon and I doubt it would happen again. However it does show the disregard for the guests safety. Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant or relaxing stay and will not be returning.

Ein wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes Anwesen, ganz besonders der großzügige Außenbereich. Hier findet man immer ein schönes windgeschütztes Plätzchen, in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool angenehm temperiert. Traumhaft ist der Ausblick durch die Lage auf einer Anhöhe. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Lajares ist auch zu Fuß für Restaurantbesuche gut zu erreichen, eine Taschenlampe sollte aber mitgenommen werden. Vielen Dank auch an Julie, die uns super nett betreut hat.

We particularly liked the outside spaces, which allowed you to spend more time in the fresh air. Lovely location and good views but with very good privacy. We really enjoyed Lejares with its laidback attitude and artistic feel. No negatives for us just wish we could have stayed longer.

We can thoroughly recommend Casa Brixio as really lovely place to stay on Fuerteventura. The villa is well-designed and beautifully appointed. It has a lovely peaceful location and is entirely private with uninterrupted views towards the coast south of Corralejo. The location is excellent, being just 30 mins from the airport on good roads and with a good choice of restaurants and shops just 5 mins away in Lajares. The beaches near El Cotillo and Corralejo are both only a short drive away, but the sunbeds and the pool actually make trips to the coast quite unnecessary, particularly on windy days when the deck at the villa remains wonderfully sheltered. We would recommend a visit to the Centro de Arte in nearby La Oliva. It has an excellent collection of modern art by Canarian artists and an interesting sculpture garden.

This villa is every bit as wonderful and relaxing as the photos show. The interior is tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The exterior is like a little piece of paradise! We've had a fantastic week chilling in the villa and enjoying the local area. If you want a lovely retreat in a perfect villa then I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Enjoy!
