Staff were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Jr. suite was comfortable and spacious for four people. Property location is perfect!

We spent 4 nights in the hotel. Our room was facing the quiet street. There is also a lounge and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the harbor. Carlos the manager is very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast at the Lo&Lo was very good. Right next to the hotel is the Galapagos Deli restaurant which is also highly recommended. We can highly recommend the hotel.

The location is perfect - close to everything in Santa Cruz (walking distance to it all). Only 2 blocks from the ferry terminal and airport buses. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the room had a balcony with a view! There was a safe in the room. The shower was hot. The WiFi was good. There was a common kitchen, dining room, living room and patio on our floor that had a beautiful view over the harbor. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is filtered water for everyone to use. There is free good coffee in the mornings at reception. Carlos was so helpful - he stored our luggage for 4 days before we stayed there so we only had to take what we needed to Isabela Island; he made restaurant reservations and helped us with the airport bus info - he was always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. Highly recommend. Breakfast is available at an additional charge.

Perfect boutique hotel in the heart of the town, kind staff, good value, available kitchen, water views, and a walk out the door to everything.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a block from the Main Street and close to restaurants and the pier. I would definitely stay here again.
