Host was friendly and accessible. We were given access to another bathroom when the toilet stopped flushing in our bathroom. Host responded quickly to the issue. Comfortable bed and clean room. Loved the balcony. Breakfast was brought to the room and on time. Free carpark in front of building. Great restaurant in the building.

No lift to the upper floor rooms (though this was mentioned in the description). Small round enclosed shower with a 30cm step up - very tight and caution required in getting out of the shower. Breakfast was adequate but the host tried to accommodate our needs. No kettle in the room.

Good and comfortable pillows and blamkets

The room was small, but clean. The bathroom is renovated and the towels were shining clean! The stuff is kind and replied to my request for extra blanket. The hotel needs around 15-20 min by foot to the hostorical centre, but there is a bus stop exacltly opposite that goes directly to the Train Station - Treviso Centrale.

Unfortunately I was informed that the Transfer-from Airport-Service was not available half an hour before my flight to Treviso. The breakfast was less than basic, just a cup of tea and a croissant.

The attitude is horrible (((

We booked 2 rooms with balcony and terrace (because we smoke), we got 2 rooms without any balcony, one room above the restaurant - very, very noisy. There were included breakfasts, when I asked about these, the answer was very "Italian" -"Dew to COVID we can't serve breakfast". The third thing is that I booked these rooms only because I could cancel the booking for free 3 days before, but the host charged my card all amount plus city tax 2 weeks before our arrival. Finally we got rooms for 10 days. During all our stay nobody come to clean the rooms and especially our garbage trays. I would not recommend these place to stay, because nobody takes care of your rooms and stay. When I asked about the refund for one room (because 1 person couldn't come with us and we canceled it in booking terms), they stoped to understand English. Finally we got this refund only after some messages through the booking site. They cheated us! Never will stay there again.
