Great apartment! Immaculately clean. Cozy touches like extra bedding and towels. Great location 1/3 block from the lake, promenade, cafes and shopping, but also peacefully quiet. The owner was gracious and helpful.

The location is excellent and the breakfast in the cafe was grand and served by friendly helpful staff overlooking the dock. Davide is an excellent, very helpful and most helpful landlord who goes way beyond the call of duty in many ways

Little storage in the 2nd bedroom which had no out side window

Great location of the apartment - from the balcony you can see Lake Garge. Fantastically equipped kitchen - glasses, painters, pots, dishwasher, microwave, oven and even coffee maker (caffetteria)! Apartment very clean, well maintained. In the near are a lot of restaurants. 400 m away is also Despar (Alimentari) where you can buy all what you need to prepare a breakfast/diner or supper. A great positiv suprise was a fride with yoguths, eggs, butter and jam. There were also a tost bread and mineral water waiting for us.

The apartment was supposed to be air-conditioning, in the meantime there were just two air-conditioners that could not cool the flat properly. One of the bedrooms was stifling, without ventilation and air conditioning. There is no parking oportunity in the near of the appartment. We found paid (about 10 euro/day) parking about 300 m away.
