We absolutely loved the location in IRB, how it’s right on the beach, and the heated pool!

This apartment has been a great place for us and our family. We have been coming here for several years and will reserve again for next year

Once you find your ideal location and "home" for a week or two, you'd rather not let others in on this marvelous place! These owners haven't missed anything with the amenities offered for sand, sun, an outside TV (perfect for our Superbowl Party!), and area suggestions, as well as cheerful conversation and info if you need it. The pictures are accurate for this listing but don't come near to matching the beauty both inside and out. You can be guaranteed sounds of the surf with your morning coffee instead of typical winter sounds of the furnace and snow plows.....imagine!

We loved this place! We have rented many houses and condos in various places and this is definitely one of the best. It is exactly as described, so comfortable and spacious. The second bedroom was perfect for our teenage daughter and her friends and they loved that they had their own bathroom. We loved the beach theme decor of the condo. Quiet neighborhood ,but also within easy walking distance to many attractive restaurants and bars.I had to contact Tanya a couple times for minor things and she responded immediately.There are plenty of beach towels,dishes etc…also the shared space by the pool is awesome! We would definitely stay here again.thank you!

We loved staying here, and my 5-year-old was very upset when we had to leave. She had a lot of fun swimming (in the heated pool) and playing on the beach. We will try and come back. The unit was clean and welcoming and had beautiful views. There was plenty to do, and we walked on the beach every day, but the Gulf was a little cold, so not much time in the water. The bed was comfortable and a good size, and the bathrooms were updated. The cons. As with the other reviews, you will hear the people upstairs walking/dancing around, which could be at any time. This could be a pro, but directly in front of the unit is a very popular beach fishing location, and there were people fishing almost every day so if you are fishing, it's good. If you want to swim, then it could be a challenge. This place is great and thank you for letting us stay.

Really lovely place. Amazing proximity to beach and pool, and the outdoor space is just perfect. Everything we wanted and needed for our family(we probably didn’t even need half the things we brought!). Had really nice people in the units around us as well which was a bonus!

We absolutely loved our stay! This was our second vacation in this complex. The location and amenities are ideal, and it’s right in the heart of IRB. Some of the most gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. Tanya’s place was perfect. Just as described and had everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first time. Everything you could need is provided and the unit is very clean. Great access to the beach and pool. Will be coming back again!

This condo had everything we needed! Perfect spot just steps from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach and walking distance to plenty of dining options. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved this property. The location is steps away from the ocean and only a couple blocks walk to many restaurants. The pool area has it's own bathroom which was very convenient for wet kids getting out of the pool and needing to use the restroom. We were disappointed that the 'spa' was only jets and bubbles and not a hot tub. There were many pool toys and beach toys that the kids loved playing with. Lots of chairs and umbrellas for beach time. The shared area was never too busy with other people, plenty of space to find a comfortable area to sit and lounge. We used the grill one night and it worked out very well for our meal. The condo itself was equipped with everything we could have needed. The wash machine was pretty small and the dish washer had some quirks but both were operable. Having 2 living room areas was actually quite nice for the evenings when the kids could watch a movie and the adults could sit in the other room for conversation. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, some games and lots of books. The master bedroom is huge with lots of space if needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and helped us with everything that we needed throughout the week. You can hear people walking around above you and even the people next door, thankfully everyone was respectful and not too loud but you could definitely hear people. We would definitely consider staying here again. It was a great trip and we hope to be back again next year. Thank you for sharing!

Tanya was wonderful. The unit was up to date. We cooked a few meals and it was well stocked. I hope to rent again. Loved all the amenities!!

Very nice property; close to beach. Very clean condo.

Overall the condo was great, only found that a couple of light needed bulbs and the remotes to tv needed changed., more of maintenance issue than owner issue.

This was our first time staying at Tanya's place, however, we had past experiences in one of the other units (of 4) in the building. The entire process from initial request to check-out (and everything in-between) was outstanding! Tanya is so easy to work with and is very timely in her communication and responsiveness. To top it all off, the place is amazing! Everything you need is there for a relaxing stay! You will not go wrong with this property! We look forward to returning in the near future!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is good and being directly on the beach was wonderful. The pool area is nice if you just want a quick swim or kids want to play. Pretty much everything you need is provided. We drove and definitely packed more than we needed!

great place for vacation. quiet and private but close to everything you need. unit was perfect for two couples.

Everything about this rental is amazing! Location is everything. 5 minute drive to the grocery. The beach is literally steps off the back patio and the pool is perfect for a break from the sand. The pool table, outdoor games and tv kept the kids busy all afternoon. Beach chairs and umbrella were available there for us to use and outdoor seating around the pool was really nice. There are also quite a few restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance of the condo which was also nice since we had perfect weather while we were there. The host was very quick to respond if we had any questions and she was very easy to work with. I cannot recommend this rental enough!

Views were amazing. Place had just about everything you need for the stay! Only negative...the walls are extremely thin. Can clearly hear convos of other tenants along with the walking upstairs...and flushing toilet. If you plan to wake up early to get to beach...noise shouldnt be an issue. Place is decorated so cute and beachy!

Traveled with my husband and three kids 12, 10, 9. The house was great and plenty of pool and beach toys/chairs. The pool table and Jenga game on the first floor were a bonus. Great views and nice setup to the house. Enjoyed the views from the house and on the beach. Saw plenty of wildlife including dolphins and manatees. It was great being able to have the ability to have some of us swimming in the pool while others were at the beach. Great neighborhood and easy to find. Kids loved the variety of books in the house. Very relaxing trip!

We had a great vacation! The condo is in a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and a ice cream shop. Being right on the beach our 10 and 7 year old boys could go back and forth from the beach to the pool without us worrying. Very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our time here! This is an excellent location. Plenty of towels, chairs and beach equipment. The only thing on a negative was the noise from the unit above us, and from the stairwell. Other than that it was perfect! I would definitely recommend.

My kids wanted a beach vacation and this was the perfect spot. Condo was wonderful and everything we needed. We will definitely be back to visit.

This was our second stay at this spacious, clean, accommodating condo. Tanya is an awesome host. The condo has everything you need AND MORE! There is lots to do and see in the area. But my family thoroughly enjoys staying at the condo and hopping between pool and beach. Renting paddleboards, bikes. Buying kites to fly on the beach. Family movie night in living room, full kitchen to cook all our meals. Searching for sea shells day and night! We also had family join us this trip and stay in the bungalow downstairs. Our time there was a blast and We never want to leave! We already can’t wait to return next year!
