Very nice, comfortable home with every thing we needed. Easy process for rental and quick responses when communicating with the property manager. If you are not used to the area the local road can be challenging, especially in the rain or at night.

All the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Enjoyed the nearby beach and walking Armstrong Redwoods. We brought an inflatable row boat and could easily enter the river from the beach a short walk away. The place has everything needed and them some. No washer or dryer, so pack accordingly.

Really good experience overall for our family gathering. We would definitely come back! The only thing is that while the property is River front, there is no direct access to the river. The public neighborhood beach is great, about a 5 minute walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for meals, time at the river, and activities at the house. The home was clean and comfortable for everyone from kids to grandparents. Thank you for a great get-away!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Corrine’s place on the Russian River!! The place was very clean and had a beautiful view of the Russian River and trees. The home doesn’t have direct river access but there is a private beach just 10 houses down that we enjoyed! We loved the comfort of her home with most all of the amenities you would ever need. The home doesn’t have a washer and dryer but this was not a problem as we knew this from a previous reviewer and came prepared:) We LOVED the upstairs entertainment room with ping pong, foosball and the big movie projector!! My 10 year old son didn’t want to leave! We had many fun-filled tournaments!! Also, Corrine answered all of our questions promptly and was a wonderful host! We absolutely loved our visit and would stay here again! Thank you, Corrine!

This was our second time staying at this lovely property, and it lived up to all our previous expectations. The location is peaceful, and the garden is a lovely spot to read a book, enjoy a glass of wine, or watch for birds. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, small appliances, dish and glassware, and even cute serving bowls and trays. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, and there are board games for those looking for a break from technology. The home is sparkling clean, and Corinne is a responsive and thoughtful host. All around this is an ideal place for those looking for a serene getaway.

We loved our stay on the Russian River. The house was immaculately clean and fit our family of 6 perfectly, with room to spare. The upstairs room with ping pong and a theater was a huge bonus for our teenage sons. So much fun!

This place is honestly one of if not the best vacation houses we’ve stayed in and we’ve now done this quite a bit through the pandemic. Location was great in a peaceful spot right by the Russian river. The kids (and adult kids) loved playing in the attic game room and sleeping in the bunk beds there. It was comfortable and clean (we’re pretty particular about cleanliness too). Only things to note are that cell signal is basically nonexistent there (WiFi worked well though!) and at this time the river is cold and there’s algae growing making playing on the water not great. Also to access the river it’s a short walk down to a non private beach. Overall would definitely recommend and we will seek this property out if we come up to the area again in the future.

The house was very clean and had everything necesary for a very comfortable stay (be prepared there is no washer or dryer). 10 houses down from this rental is a little beach perfect for playing, relaxing, or launching kayaks/paddle boards. The house doesn't come with kayaks or paddleboards, but we brought inflatable kayaks and carried them down to Patterson Point. Easy enough and worth it to float down the river whenever we wanted. You can rent kayaks a few miles away if you don't bring inflatables. The kids LOVED the loft area with ping-pong, fuseball, and bunk beds! We watched multiple family movies on the big projector upstairs as well. And the yoga mats and mirrored wall upstairs was the perfect motivation to fit in small workouts throughout the week. The neighborhood is so quaint - we took daily walks or bike rides (we brought our own bikes) around it. Every morning we walked to the tiny little post office to mail postcards to friends and family. Overall, such a great place to stay. Beautiful and nicely kept up!

Our family (2 adults and 1 teen) had a fantastic and relaxing time in Villa Grande. The property was wonderful. Digital candles greeted us when we arrived. Lodging was wonderful, very comfortable, and super clean. Enjoyed the beautiful wildflowers and view of the river from the patio. Really cool seeing the pipevine swallowtail caterpillars in the morning and then the butterflies zooming around all day. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.
