The bed maybe too hard for me, but this depends on the person. I slept well.

Good room. Plenty of space, very clean, very good toilette instalations, a good external window (good noise isolation from the outside, in floor 1). Acceptable/good Internet connection. A reasonable table to work with the PC. Excellent staff.

The internal sound isolation is not good. Any small noise from other rooms, is noticed. However, due the fact that guests were quite people, that was not a problem. It is the only issue detected, and I am normally a good observer.

Great beds, huge bathroom and clean. The location was on the bike path, bus line and close to cafes and a grocery store.

The room was a little claustrophobic as the only window faced an interior wall without any view.

Clean and modern room with (nearly) everything that you need. Air condition was working fine and there isnt too much of noise even if the room is towards the street.

There was no possibility to throw away the waste because there was just no waste bin in the room. Also the reception times are not very good for people that have to leave the apartment in the morning for work and return in the early evening.

The rooms are spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The walk in shower etc are fantastic. Great HD tv. Very quiet room and comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. Excellent value for money and right beside the bus stop for ease of access to San Sebastián centre.

Kind receptionist, nice room, lovely photo on the wall. Bathroom big enough, good beds. Bus takes half an hour to get into the centre of San Sebastián.

I had to search before I found it. Don't rely on your GPS, but pay attention to the sign at the roundabout.

Rooms were modern and clean, and bathrooms were very spacious.

The hotel is hard to find as it shares a building with auto mechanics shops and other stores. The location is consequently not very desirable. The reception was only staffed between 9:30 and 13:30, so it makes it hard to connect with someone during check in. Despite the sign saying to call a number for any help, when we called in the evening to ask for help calling a taxi, they said it was really for emergencies only and they couldn’t assist.

Staff were excellent, room always tidy and clean, fridge in the room allowed us to plan for breakfast and meals, proximity to bus stop made it easy to visit San Sebastian - amazing!

Some difficulty with finding places to eat at reasonable times for children. Shower in room was a little small due to positioning of the door

The forniture was new, the room was big and comfortable. It’s very easy to do the self check in following the instructions provided by WhatsApp from the staff.
