The staff and the bed, best bed I've slept on while on holiday for a long time.

The location is very remote and if you don't drive it can be expensive having transfers to places like a shopping mall also the private pool was too deep for my wife so she was unable to swim in it.If you wanted to pickup something from a nearby supermarket you take your own life in your hands,some of the locals and a very busy main road with no footpaths.

Все очень старое, отель явно требует ремонта! И это точно не пять звезд! Я не понимаю, кто присваивает таким отелям звезды! Этот отель максимум на 3 звезды! Мебель старая, все шатается, скрипит, практически отваливается! Весь номер внутри в искусственных цветах, это выглядит просто ужасно, зачем они это сделали, я не понимаю! Мы насчитали на одной вилле 27 искусственных цветов! 27! Локация неудобная, доставка еды туда не работает! На территории есть ресторан, который закрывается в 21-00! По всей территории бегают куча кошек, которые так и норовят залезть в твое жилье! Друзья, этот отель трехзвездочный, имейте это ввиду, это точно не пять и не четыре звезды!

We were met at the airport , and welcomed and brought to our villa. Staff could not have been nicer. Villa and pool were excellent. So clean and air con was so welcome !!

The staff always tried to be accommodating, my kind thanks to the manager who was very attentive. The location is very remote, I already knew this and chose it for this reason so don't book here if you want nightlife, or any activities locally. I booked trips via the hotel and they were easily booked by the hotel and as described. Food was great, I found the whole place very relaxing. The villa was very nice, spacious and private. Booking transport here and there was very easy.

The bar and room service close way too early!

The staff were excellent and helpful. A positive and negative is that the resort is remote and transport is needed which the recognised and hire car/motorcycle/taxi is available and staff will arrange transfers. Internet was excellent which is useful as the phone signal is not strong and at times only 3G attainable. Efforts are being made to improve and solar panels are present on some villas which do not show on Google Earth photos.

Looking at earlier reviews it seems that some issues are being addressed but others remain. Water pressure is poor with the spray shower head of little use. One bathroom had a shower cubicle and the other a shower/bath setup with no curtain. This meant the floor was much wetter than it needed to be. The lighting featured many dimmer switches, few which appear to be paired with compatible lamps. Fully on or off were okay but dimming resulted in flickering lamps. Sound insulation to adjoining villas is nothing special and easily penetrated by the typically loud conversations of members of a mandarin speaking tour group.

Having our own private pool was lovely. There is a restaurant onsite and we had breakfast every day and dinner several days. The food was delicious. They have cars available with fixed rates (reasonable) to locations. All you have to do is ask for a car to be booked for you to where you want to go. Very simple. And they’ll come and get you at an arranged time or you can call to say you are ready to go. The bed was very comfortable and I recommended booking a massage while there. We were happy to be out of the tourist area. The car trip to shop/sightsee wasn’t very long and staying here meant we had a peaceful time when we got back to the villa. Absolutely loved being able to just get home and swim. There are cooking facilities available in the villa but we didn’t use them. A full size fridge was good. The aircon was excellent. Shower was very nice.

They need to communicate delays better. We had an issue with our pool one day and they weren’t keeping us updated.

A bit far from city center. If you need to relaxed with couple or family its your place.

location difficult to get taxi from applications. you need to ask hotel for taxi which almost double price. pool need cleaning too much plantations around pool.

We booked for privacy and that is what we got. Resort away from the hustle and bustle so breakfast and room service greatly appreciated. Facilities were spotless and tastefully decorated. Staff were very friendly. Courtesy pickup from the airport was well received and the use of the resort transport whether on a courtesy trip or paid trip was a bonus. Excellent facilities for the $$.

All perfect except for the location, but it's good to stay in such a chill place. Nice staff and great place.

Maybe some mosquito repellent or fly screen. It will be better if you can provide this in the villa. Actually not that serious, just some suggestions only.

Enjoyed the private pool very much, the service was excellent, and the staff were very responsive and helpful. The villa itself was big and spacious but a little bit outdated.

The pictures on booking.com were not accurate of where we actually stayed. Bathroom was completely different and very small and outdated.

Spacious villa with private pool outside. Nicely equipped. Friendly staff. Free use of bicycles and scooter for rent. We found this to be a good place to base ourselves for exploring the area. There is little within walking distance.
