Nice stay and good value

Everything was good and price was reasonable.

Room had an overwhelming scent of air freshener or something which I guess is better than cigarette smell

Excellent!

Everyone was super friendly. I accidentally closed the bathroom door from the outside and realized my dog was locked inside!!! The staff couldn’t have been kinder, coming immediately and removing the entire knob from the door to get him out. They were very apologetic and were very accommodating!

The property was clean and safe.

We have paid the same money for a much nicer hotel.

The room had been smoked in, very strong. Was marked as non smoking?

Ok for one night. I’ve stayed in better best western rooms. Felt very basic no frills.

Took 3 try’s to get a room that had not been smoked in. Also had reservations for king bed and first room was queens. Room was very basic.

I like everything but the TV the TVs need to be updated for someone my age it was hard to put in four numbers to watch TV and the beds where a little small

Be Aware!!

Nothing

Booking.com states this place is pet friendly. When checking in,front desk person says they do not accept cats. "Dogs only. It states it on website," meaning Best Western's site. Informed him it DOESN'T say this on Booking.com. Informed Booking.com of the above-mentioned. Room charge still taken from checking account due to arrival after cancelation time. Would like an option to give zero rating. What a scam!!!

Great stay for the price.

Breakfast was good for the price. Forgot my slippers, but my white socks were not totally gross after running around in the room the evening and next morning. All in all a great stay for the money.

Couldve used better cleaning around toilet seat and cobweb detail. Pretty sure I got Carpal Tunnel trying to get soap and shampoo out of the dispenser in the shower. Lol Maybe clogged.

nice and clean accommodations for a basic night sleep and showering. not a resort or anything fancy but good for the mon

seemed clean, no bugs. shower worked well. room was comfortable and felt safe

office staff was semi rude to my husband when he went to get breakfast. she claimed they didn’t have record of my children staying with us (they did, it was right on my reservation) I’m guessing someone said something about my infant crying. they knew I had a baby before I checked in. definitely not the way to approach a guest with family.

for $266 for 1 person for 2 nights in a just “okay” room, too much. wouldn’t stay here again!

location and the fact it had direct outdoor access, no hallway/elevator to navigate since I had my 10 pound pooch with me.

room had a slight odor, bedspreads had holes, needs updated and replaced. when I booked my room I indicated that Fido was traveling with me. Upon check in when clerk saw dog I was moved to a different room and charged additional fee. no additional fee was indicated on website when I booked, clerk said it was new policy. like I said room had odor. probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Very good

The breakfast was really good. The shower was nice. The staff were nice.

The carpet was a little sticky feeling and the beds were smaller than we asked for. The room smelled musty.
