Went to the St James to visit a resident with a golf friend. The place was very convenient and nice. The only thing we didn’t understand was the cleaning fee. We had to strip the beds, start the laundry with the towels, take out the trash. So why was there an extra cleaning charge? Granted, we were hardly there except to sleep, but really? Why the cleaning fee on top of the rental? That should more than cover the cleaning

We came to North Carolina to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. We had a variety of ages in the group and this place accommodated our needs. The place was clean and the beds were great. Parking was great and the best part was the beach club next to the ocean. When we got tired of being in the sand, we could just walk a short distance and be in the pool where there was a clean changing room and showers. Shops and restaurants were close by. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend staying here.

The condo was wonderful and very clean. The owner was responsive and inviting. My only issues were beyond her control. The small pool area and gated entrance were annoying but hard to fuss about since everyone was so nice. Strongly recommend.

My family and I (husband, 2 kids ages 7 & 9) had a great stay at this property. Kimberly is wonderful at communication and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo was very spacious, clean & welcoming. There is a pool in very close walking distance to the condo and the beach is a 10 minute drive away. There are many walking paths and areas to be outside in the neighborhood. The check in and out process were very easy. I recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful condo. This is the perfect place for us to stay when we visit my in laws. It is 20 minutes to Southport and fun shopping and dining. The condo is spacious and so quiet! Totally recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was immaculate and the surroundings were very quiet. It suited our family perfectly and was a short driving distance to all the attractions.

Everything was great we had a little problem with the TV in the living room but that was most likely our fault. And we could of used a few more towels . But other than that this was a very nice place to stay.

Kimberly was very quick and sweet when we had a time year job about check in. The condo was super cute and very clean! Perfect for families! The amenities were fantastic and having access to the clubhouse made the trip when we had three kids and it was stormy most of our weekend! We will be booking again and again!

We live in St. James, and our family came for the holidays, so the condo was perfect to house the overflow. They particularly loved this unit because it is so spacious and beautifully furnished.
