property is split into 2 separate units so potential for a downstairs renter to have a gathering that is noisy. we had that issue for one night where the renter did not respect the house rules and had loud music and the jacuzzi running until 4am

The beds are very comfortable, nothing is missing, all managed professionally.

Spacious, modern

Very unfriendly communication. Not at all what is usual for Greece. The dog policy is not clear and EUR 50 to allow a dog to stay as fee is abusive and could be mentioned in the policy. There is no tumble dryer, though this is advertised. Heating is limited at 23 degrees - towel dryers are not on.

WiFi/ Internet was not good.

The beds are very comfortable. Great information about Kalamata both from the landlord and available in the villa. Location is good as a base to explore Kalamata and the surrounding area.

The apartment was modern, clean, very nicely decorated, and well furnished with nearly all the essentials. The reception from the hostess, Christina, was very friendly and helpful for the many suggestions and recommendations she gave for places to visit and where to eat. The living room and bedrooms (3) were all spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and modern and working well. The lighting was also very good and the availability of a washer was appreciated. The beds and sofa were comfortable. The apartment is in the middle of town but is fairly quiet in spite of the proximity to other apartments and the streets. We had some difficulties with water but our requests for help were answered very promptly and handled professionally.

One small missing item: a microwave would have been appreciated. Some kitchen utensils and commodities (paper towels, cooking oil) were not furnished. The dining area was a bit tight. Parking was OK but just barely since space on the street was very hard to find and the dead end street where the apartment was located was often blocked by the work going on in the neighbouring apartment. However, that problem should go away when their work is completed. We had to deal with a lot of traffic delays getting to and away from the apartment as this was a very busy traffic area during the day. However, all of these were fairly minor things and did not take away from the enjoyment of the apartment and our stay in Kalamata.
