The best time I've had in the hotel is on a balcony of my room. The view is spectacular! I recommend to book a room with sea view on a high floor, it is the best view I've ever experienced in a hotel. Endless sea right in front of you. Also, the balcony is very private, I took sun bathes there. Also, staff are amazing! I've had a birthday during my stay and they brought me some sweets to the room and a bottle of Cava. So nice of them. Good breakfast. I also took dinners, they were good too.

Thoughtless member of staff on arrival who had to be reminded to say "hello". Stains on couch and marks on walls in room. Breakfast staff should direct people to a table as guests get confused which table they're on. Breakfast tables are not cleared and reset quick enough, leading to limited availability of tables.

The view is breath-taking! The room was very sizeable and practical, you have everything you need. The food is good, but there was little diversity from one day to another.

Housekeeping services were not as good as expected, sometimes they would forget to replace the bin bag, to vacuum the floor, or to leave enough fresh towels. But overall it was clean and neat.

The lift was very Small and Slow. Had to check in, before having access to the Underground parking.

The room were large, clean and had a wonderful sea view. Was on the 9th floor and the lifts were reliable. The food was excellent with a lot of variation. drink prices were very reasonable

As an older person would have like a room on a lower floor. was worried that in the event of a fire I wouldn’t be able to get down the stairs.

The hotel is right on the seashore next to the pedestrian walkway that is located along the beach. It is in an area full of English people with pubs and attractions to their taste. It is located in the north of the resort.

Although the room I booked through booking.com appeared to have a view of the sea, the bedroom still had a view to the side, towards the blocks and hotels in the area. When you want to be at the sea, you want to wake up with the sea in front of you, not blocks. In the bedroom there were 2 separate beds and one of them had a broken sleeping mattress (it was very soft, compared to the other one which had a correct firmness). When I reported the problem at the reception, Mrs. Suzana contradicted me and replied that the mattresses were identical, that they were bought the same model, etc. When I insisted on sending someone to find out the problem and change my room, he replied that the hotel is full and he can't do that (classic excuse). He also said something that I have never seen before. Attention: Suzana said that "next time, if you have any complaints, stop booking through booking.com and call to book directly with us!" This means that customers who come through booking.com are second-rate customers for them. She still changed my room after 2 nights out of the 5, but it left a bitter taste. The room with the broken mattress is number 2004 (20th floor). There are 3 elevators and during the period of maximum crowding at the restaurant there is a long wait to use them. Parking costs 17 euros/day in the hotel parking lot. Lunch or dinner costs 20 euros. The food was good.
