Missing aircondition

Very close to highway and also close to Aix-les-Bains. good option if you look for a stop over. clean, easy to find, safe and overall convenient for a night.

Location was great.

No air conditioning in rooms and really hit and stuffy.

In general it was excellent

We had trouble getting to sleep as the room didn't have air conditioning and was very hot even with the window wide open. Apart from that it was all good

There was tomorrow, but there was little choice. In fact, you can make a sandwich and cornflakes only. Seems to be ok for Budget series of Ibis

T'he machine gave our same room to other clients, so they opened the door while we were sleeping

Bathroom dirty, horrible mould in shower. Carpets not vacuumed. No plug . Only 1 thin pillow but given another when we asked.Only 1 thin towel each Booked for 3 nights but left after 3 Probably worst hotel I've ever stayed in

Everything. My mother was in transit. We got this hotel because of it's proximity to the road and that it allowed pets. It also said 24h check in and I knew my mother might get there late (depending on traffic). My mother had to wait over an hour outside at early morning hours before checking in. There was no one there to attend her, only a machine that asked for a number to be able to open the door. The problem is that number was never sent to us by email or by booking (it was not the confirmation number or the pin number they provided). We contacted the help center like 15 times and when someone answered it kept disconnecting (then the whole process again with a totally different person and like that multiple times, and sometimes with people that only spoke french). We also tried contacting by phone and we were just hang up multiple times. After over an hour a person finally came complaining about having to come (saying she wasn't supposed to work). Additionally, my mother had to do the payment process in the machine multiple times and is still scared that they might charge her multiple times. The process was soo frustrating for my mother that I totally regret getting her this place and fully recommend to avoid it.

The bed was quite comfortable, the duvet not too heavy and the room temperature good.

Pretty spartan room but it is reflected in the price.

Breakfast was a junkfest. All sweets, nothing savory poor coffee and too little choice for the price

Staff were polite and efficient.

No air con or fans, it was melting hot!! No vegan breakfast options

Good value. For one night on our way to southern France it was perfect but obviously you would not to vacation in a hotel like that.
