Garden was not suitable for sitting out in - tables but only 1 chair Shower/bath tub was not suitable for us but we managed No kettle - boil up saucepan Son who showed us into apartment was uncooperative - didn't answer our questions - attitude not nice

The property is modern and very clean and quiet. Room had air conditioning, television, and a comfortable bed with excellent linens. All the amenities listed were available. It’s walking distance to Old town Split, beaches, and restaurants. Located in a safe neighborhood. Owner is very nice and informative. Overall I would recommend this property.

The advertised ocean/sea view is not worth the extra money. You can see the horizon of the water at a long distance but it’s over the roofs of a neighborhood.

We reserved parking in the property. But the parking space is very difficult to park, turned out we parked in the street.

The room was spacious, nicely decorated with good hanging space and hooks, a TV, a good size fridge, kettle, a table and seating, a desk, a balcony. The bathroom was spacious with good hot water, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. There was liquid soap supplied. Location is around 20 minutes/1.5km walk to the edge of the old town/Palace area of Split. It was a pleasant residential neighbourhood and very quiet. In the area there were supermarkets and some places to eat.

The bed was quite firm, so not ideal for everyone. I had made enquiries about the breakfast and it was explained that it cost 12 euros per person per day. What I was not told was that during our stay it would not be available, so I was very surprised when we were informed on arrival. This was very disappointing as it meant that we had to either go out or buy some things from the supermarket/bakery every day before we went out sightseeing. We probably wouldn't have chosen to stay somewhere for a week that did not offer breakfast.

Good position of the guesthouse, walking distance from the historical center and bus terminal. The neighborhood felt safe and calm. The host Ivana was extremely kind and available, she gave us great recommendations for our stay. The room was clean and quiet. Great value for money.

Room equipment/furniture was a bit old-fashioned and minimal.

Everything was perfect. This was such a cute apartment at a beautiful location. The apartment was big enough, warm. The host was amazing. He was very kind, he explained to us everything about the city, what to visit, where to eat. Highly recommend if you’ll be exploring the area!

The room was nice and comfortable and the location was great.

When we arrived, there was a young boy that checked us in. He did not do a bad job but it felt a bit strange. After that, the only contact we had with the adult owners was via phone. Therefore, I would say that it lacked a bit of nice hospitality.

The property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from the beach, 20 minutes walk from the old town. Breakfast has to be ordered separately and costs 11 EUR per person per day and is served in their lovely garden. AC worked well. Staff was helpful.

We chose the economy room which fitted the description and the was convenient for our one night stay. For a longer stay I would say it was too small. WIFI connection was unstable.

They have a nice garden - we were able to enjoy our self-prepared breakfast and listen to bird zong

It would have been nice if there had been a kettle in the room so that we could have made an evening cup of tea and a coffee in the morning.

Excellent guesthouse and staff. Ivana stored my luggage while I was on a bike tour for 4 days. She is very helpful and kind! The only thing was that it was a bit farther walk to Old Town than I thought. Overall 9.5/10

Nice location, nice room and bed. Easy check-in. 15 min walking from bus station and city centre. I felt very safe and comfortable.
