Great location, friendly host.

Located in a lovely neighborhood, very close to supermarkets, public transport stops, restaurants and seaside. Apartment is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Simon was an extremely helpful host and made our two week stay in Malta wonderful.

The apartment is very cosy, nicely furnished, the location perfect and the owners very kind.

The apartment we were moved to in Locker street was well located in Sliema and has a great view from the terras on the 7th and 8th floor. Everything seemed to have been recently installed and all amenities you need were provided. The hosts welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. During our stay they were easy to reach and very helpful.

Upon arrival we were told that the apartment we booked was unavailable so we were giving an upgrade. It would have been nice to have been notified of this before touching down. The apartment we were reallocated to was beautifully decorated and we'll equipped. Unfortunately it seemed that not everything had been properly cleaned.

Simon was great help - organized transfers to airport. Also, I was able to check in earlier as room was ready. In apartment you feel like at home. Bed is so comfortable, and its quiet neighborhood. Balluta Beach is just 5 minutes walk, and there are lots of restaurants in neighborhood. Bus station is also 5 minutes walk away, so you can easily go to Valleta, or anywhere you want. I will be recommending Simon's apartment to anyone who plans visit Malta.

Excellent location, fully equipped apartment with balcony with nice view. Excellent host providing useful advice where to go and willing to quickly help with anything needed even late in the evening, went to great lengths to make sure that our stay was perfect. If we go to Malta again, we would definitely rent this apartment again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in our two-room Simons Apartment! It had everything we needed, even an elevator! And a bathtub! Nice, well-equipped, spacious kitchen, great washing machine, strong wi-fi, comfortable beds in two separate bedrooms, both with lock-able doors, a cute balcony and in a great location really near to cool cafes and restaurants and Balletta Bay to swim in. Great neighborhood, much more pleasant than more crowded, youth-oriented San Julian. It's a pleasant 10-minute walk through cute neighborhoods to the ferry. It's also above Simon's Pub, the nicest pub in the area, with friendly people, a COVID-safe outdoor patio with lovely plants, great decor from around the world inside. No issue with noise since the pub was only open on weekends and closed by 11. Best of all, Simon himself is a good guy, helpful and funny and happy to share a story or a laugh. We felt very at home here and it was hard to leave!

It rained one night and the windows leaked a bit, but everything dried quickly. We really did not want to leave!

Simon is very friendly, the appartment is very nice and cosy, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is well furnished, all worked well, the location is wonderful 5 min from the sea and 2 min from a minimarket The decoration is sweet also.

when i booked, on the site are said all options that doesn't fit precisely the appartment i rent. I.g. on booking is said 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one in the parents room, also said bath tub in main bathroom, and said 2 balconies with bbq corner... Well in my apartment i had only 1 bathroom and toilet, not separated, only shower. The said balcony is narrow, impossible to set a table there, it's 1 chair wide and 3 chairs long to give an idea. In the parental room there was a small terrasse with the laundry dryer, where the evacuations of the aircon comes. No bbq corner as well. The building is a bit hard to find as there is no precise adress, whereas it is BELMONTE HEIGHTS block, located in Saint ignatius junction, sliema.
