la ubicación, sitio tranquilo

- el ruido , al parecer , de los aparatos de aire acondicionado, los ventiladores estaban en el techo y al activarse sonaban y en la noche el sonido se sentía más. me cambiaron de habitación pero igual sonaba. - el desayuno. el pan muy malo el jugo muy feo, se notaba que era lo más barato del mercado. no había fruta, en un país que la produce, este gasto pondría más contentos a los huéspedes y no arriesga las finanzas, poner tortillas sería mejor o pan de mejor calidad.

La ubicación realmente cerca de muchos lugares de interés y relativamente cerca de ubicaciones para visitar si se moviliza en vehículo propio o rentado, el personal muy amable y atenta durante la estadía.

No es un inconveniente como tal pero la regadera de la ducha estaría excelente si la cambian ya que si esta con sarro y tapada.

It felt like a little haven to come home to, somewhere quiet away from the city! The owners (Raquel and her father Jorge) are truly lovely and the staff are always happy to help with anything. I felt very safe staying here especially with the gated entrances. The garden was beautifully kept, consisting of tropical plants and flowers. The food was fresh and the staff made lunch and dinner if requested too. AC worked well, shower was hot, bed was comfy! I unfortunately got struck down with food poisoning on my last day, so we needed to check out later than expected so I could rest - they didn’t bat an eyelid when we asked and even provided me with some fresh watermelon/bread upon request. I sadly left a pair of my special earrings in my room too, and when Whatsapping Raquel, she confirmed her staff had found them and very honestly kept them safe so I could arrange shipping to the UK!

Nothing we didn’t like, bear in mind it’s a B&B so make sure you get water bottles for the room etc which you can buy there for $1, there isn’t a safe in the room either if you’re considering bringing valuables (not that I didn’t feel safe with my belongings there).

El hotel necesita mantenimiento y limpieza, el baño no estaba limpio, la taza del sanitario tenía manchas de orines, las fundas de almohadas rotas, y el personal de servicio es un poco tosco, y no dicen la verdad sobre el check out, el check out es a las 11 AM pero en la plataforma se anuncia que es a las 12 MD, entonces pagas más pero pierdes una hora, si llegas por la noche EL PAGO ES ÚNICAMENTE EN LA EFECTIVO

Small but perfectly formed hotel. Charming atmosphere. Very clean. Very Salvadorian. The staff were patient and hospitable.
