Great people, 2 excellent pools, really good food, and a beautiful island location. Everything was clean and well kept. Great AC in the bedroom and living room.

The beds are really firm and the electric outlets are loose so the chargers tend to fall out.

It was a nice change of peace. Since it’s location was quite far off staying there was incredible peaceful and allowed me to relax. Just being there i felt in peace which i really appreciated. When we were staying there, there were not a lot of people so it was super quiet as well.

The WIFI didn’t work well in our room (it worked great at the pool though). If you don’t know how to ride a motorcycle the location is quite far off (approximately a 30 minutes walk to the pier/city).

The resort was overall nice. The facilities were updated, the pools were well maintained (and fun to swim in!), and no bugs in the rooms! Food offered by the restaurant was also good - we had no problem eating here (maybe a little expensive, but wouldn't expect anything else at a hotel!). A lot of books throughout the resort to pick-up and read on the lounge chairs, which was a nice way to relax throughout the day! Quiet, isolated area. Nice staff. Rooms were well air-conditioned. I can't compare this hotel to others, so if someone were to go to Koh Samet, I would recommend this hotel. Overall, this is a fine resort and we were comfortable. But things to keep in mind . . .

There were not many basic amenities provided you would expect at a hotel. Limited towels/wouldn't give extra towels when asked, no hand soap (was told to use the body soap that hung on the wall), and no other kitchen amenities besides fridge, sink, and kettle, so couldn't bring home food to prepare own meals. In the description of the hotel, movie nights were advertised - we were really excited about this, but most of the staff wasn't even familiar with this, and one staff member was able to tell us it had been closed since COVID and the owner did not bring it back yet. Wifi was not really good. Nothing was BAD, but we just felt a little underwhelmed. The hotel is also pretty far away from the busy part of the island - which is nice because it is very quiet, but if you wanted to try out different restaurants, get a massage, or experience more activities, it is a very long walk along roads without sidewalks. You either need to call a tuk tuk for 200 Baht (one-way), or if you are comfortable, renting a bike for the day for 300 Baht. The scooter was a fine way to travel, but keep this in mind for this location.

Comme vous le constatez,ça à été un séjour catastrophique,vous devez avoir des échanges de messages entre nous,car nous avons été obligé de quitter l établissements et trouver un autre logement,les enfants n'ont pas pu nous rejoindre et ont été obligé de rester à cet établissement car nous avons trouvé qu un logement pour 2 personnes,j ai demandé à plusieurs reprises à Pandora de faire un geste commercial,car nous avons été séparés de nos enfants sur tout le séjour,et croyez moi sur une île à l' étranger cela est très compliqué,et la cause de se depart à été évoqué par un établissement très très bruyant,un repos impossible,une chambre de 4 personne avec aucun équipement,pas un seul placard,les murs sale d insectes écrasé,une baie vitrée qui se fermait à peine avec un espace où le bruit passe énormément,pas un étendoir pour nous,nous avons été obligé d étendre notre linge sur les barres de balcon et une salle de bains sans même un seul crochet pour mettre une serviette, bref j ai des photos et croyez moi je ferai des avis négatif via votre Site et j aimerait au moins que Booking suive ce dossier et fasse ke nécessaire afin d avoir au moins une remise qui nous rembourserai notre nouvelle location, si toutefois rien se passe je mettrai toutes les photos en ligne Merci pour votre retour Cordialement

Alles. Dreckig, Einrichtung runtergekommen, Aussicht auf Bauruine. Von außen sah es nicht schlecht aus, aber wichtiger als gute Außenansicht ist das Innere!

Fantastic staff, lovely pool, great large rooms. There is no direct beach access but you don't need it on this island as there are many beaches you can access within a couple of minutes and they have great pools with a view! As we booked 6 rooms we got free room upgrades too!

The internet was not great which is expected for an island however my phone signal was great and still managed to complete video conference using the mobile.

Great staff, friendly and helpful.

Every apartment had a very strong smell of mold, we could only stay one night. Not recommended to stay there until they fix it.

The welcome we received the minute we arrived was outstanding and made to feel like VIP’s , all the staff are friendly and always smiling , nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay special Highly recommend this place and I certainly be back
