Appartement très propre, bien équipé, à 200 M de la plage , balcon avec une superbe vue sur la rue où il y a les magasins Resto, pub et discothèques...les gens de la reception trop gentils ... Carte pour le parking durant tout le séjour.... Je donne 10/10 , A refaire

Nous avons aimés être au cœur d’Albufiera, pas conseillé pour ceux qui recherche la tranquillité. Appartement correct mais demande une bonne révision avant la saison. Merci pour votre accueil, Nous conseillons cet appartement. Pour le parking voir avec celui en haut des escalators, prix très raisonnable.

Sono stata in questa struttura dal 26 agosto, nel cuore di albufeira. Scendi a piedi ed hai tutto alla portata. È dotato di tutto dalla lavatrice al microonde, ferro da stiro per cui ho evitato una valigia grande.Humbertos non è per niente invadente. Consiglio questa struttura.

Ottimo appartamento, con reception 24 ore e posto auto, nel centro di Albufeira. Situato al primo piano, il balcone si affaccia su una via piena di vita e locali. Tutto perfetto.

Stayed for 1 week in July in Albufeira. Appartement is one of the closest to the beach (1 Min Walk) and near all bars and restaurants. Nicely equipped and cleaniness was ok. Pros: - Close to the beach (and for this it is quite a budget option) - 24h our reception (appartement complex) - early check in was possible from 10 am (although the flat had to be cleaned then) - equipped with all necessary stuff - balcony - close to old town, restaurants and bars (just walk outside) - good working air con Cons: - really noisy tourist street (which you can ear all night and day because of thin balcony door glass) - Neighbours can be heared returning home at night - Party Locations of european crowds down the streets (british, french, dutch) - inside bathroom which should be renovated the next years

Apartment was nice and modern in a brilliant location on fisherman's beach (no hills to climb)! It was well equipt with hair dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and air con. Flat screen TV but unfortunately the only English news channel had no sound. There is a bar opposite the balcony which has live artists on and the patio doors dont completely shut out all the noise (their Wi-Fi is very strong though and can be accessed from the apartment). The bars up the street do get noisy but are a good distance away so didnt cause us any concerns. The shower was nice and powerful and the memory foam mattress on the bed was very comfy. Spare towels and sheets were available. The balcony is a decent size but didnt get any sun on it when we visited in April. The weather was quite wet when we were there so the owner kindly brought us a heater to use. All in all a good apartment to rent if you're on a budget. We would definitely stay here again.

Die Lage des Appartements war super. Man ist in 1 min am Strand und genauso schnell bei den Restaurants. Unsere Wohnung machte auf den ersten Blick einen tollen Eindruck, dadurch aber das wir die ersten Gäste für dieses Jahr waren wurde seit Saisonende nicht mehr gelüftet und es war alles Klamm und die Bettwäsche verschimmelt. Nachdem wir den Inhaber kontaktiert haben kam dieser netterweise vorbei und hat auch eine Reinigung veranlasst, aber die Feuchtigkeit ging die komplette Woche nicht aus der Wohnung. Wir freuen uns das schönes Wetter war und wir uns viel draußen aufhalten konnten, weil in der Wohnung hat man sich nicht wohlgefühlt.

El apartamento cuenta con lo básico para estar de vacaciones. Esta genial situado, a 10 pasos de la playa y en plena zona de restaurantes, bares, tiendas... Como contras : la tv sólo emite 10 canales y había hormigas, pocas pero había. Nada q no tuviera solución con un spray anti mosquitos. En general le doy un 8 al apartamento y a Humberto por ser un propietario excelente. Un saludo

Die Wohnung liegt optimal! Türe raus, 10 Schritte bis zum Strand oder zu diversen Bars, Restaurants oder Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten! Der Balkon liegt gegenüber einer Bar, dort gibts immer was zu gucken oder hören (Livemusik). Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Wir würden wieder kommen, in die Wohnung und nach Albufeira:) Wenn man jedoch Geräuschempfindlich ist, besser eine Wohnung außerhalb suchen. Alles in allem: Top, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Appartement agréable ,propre et bien situé. Par contre environnement extrêmement bruyant . Bar en face : musique en boucle de 17h a 1h et tous les jours les mêmes refrains ... De 1h a 4 h du matin on entendait : boom boom d autres bars ... Et ensuite des cris sous nos fenêtres ( fêtards alcoolisés ) ... Nous sommes revenus très fatigués de notre séjour par manque de sommeil. Location pour fêtards nocturnes

Wir, Jungfamilie mit Säugling, genossen die Tage in Humbertos Wohnung sehr. Alles was wir uns von den Fotos versprachen war 1 zu 1 vor Ort anzutreffen. In nur wenigen Metern erreicht man Bars, Discothek, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Apothek, Bankomat, Restaurants, und natürlich den wunderbaren Strand. Informationen aller Art erhält man in der Lobby oder natürlich von Humberto, dem sympathischen Vermieter. Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung eignet sich auch bestens für selbstversorgungs Urlauber. Sogar Live Musik vom gegenüberliegenden BeerCorner kann man Abend für Abend vom Balkon aus geniessen, -je nach Künstler natürlich. Und Preis/Leistung ist bei dieser Wohnung Top.
