No hand towels or bath towels.

Location to the hospital. Nice bathroom with good shower. People at front desk spoke English. Room Service was good, but closed too early and definitely need someone that speaks English to accomodate tourists.

The breakfast was rock bottom. Should at least have an omelet bar, choice of meats, choice of eggs, different fruits like papaya, better quality bread for toast - it was awful and cheap - scrambled eggs/beans and rice. Yogurt and 'GOOD' granola would be nice. Shower had hair in it and over the course of our stay, was never cleaned completely. Need to have a bucket of water to keep washing down shower until clean. AC was awful. It was buring in the corner, it had no direction blades, so it blew along the wall and behind the curtain. We had to have it on 16 and run constantly to have it barely cool - what a waste of energy.

I ordered a pizza as I was travelling solo and didn’t want to walk around at night. It never arrived. The man on reception called the pizza place for me and sorted it out. It ended up not coming so he offered to walk me to the local fast food place so I could eat. This was after his shift was over. He walked with me, waited and then walked me back. Above and beyond. I really appreciated this. Room was clean and tidy. Everything worked. Decent breakfast included and felt safe at the hotel.

the service was below average for a hotel that charges so much money. Staff (some of them at reception) seemed indifferent to helping me with issues (e.g., needed somewhere to have a laptop based virtual meeting as no table to sit at with a chair in the room, and the lighting was poor). The breakfast was ok, but rather average and limited choice for the price. There was no bar service by the pool -?although there was a bar there it was empty and no drinks available.

It was really good, good attention.

rooms need an update, shower was dirty with holes between the tiles, toilet was not working properly, the bed blankets look like never was changed. I pay for a double bed and I get an small room with a single bed.
