Great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach! It was clean and comfortable. This is a great getaway and so fun to spend time with friends near the beach. I’d definitely come back.

The property was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was perfect- between the ocean, a short drive north is Fort Stevens, a short drive south is Seaside. We spent time indoors, on the ocean, and eating out at the McMinnimin's across the road. Thanks for having a great place to stay. I hope to come back again.

Awesome facility, especially for its age. Had a wonderful time with multi generations. Would definitely recommend.

Location was nice and easy access to the beach, seaside, and cannon beach. Beach access was an easy walk and not too busy! Twin beds were comfy but the king bed is probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Appliances and look are outdated as you can see and it shows. Seating was meh except for the newer recliner. Internet was terribly slow! Bathrooms showed their age with wear and tear, slow draining sinks and dripping, slow filling toilets. View is nice! Overall, I’d try to stay somewhere else if I could for the same price but it fit our needs for our first trip out to the coast.

Everything went smoothly with booking and check in. The property is exactly as described and felt very clean and comfortable. The location is beautiful and serene and an easy walk to the beach. There isn’t much commercial activity in the area so be sure and do your grocery shopping before you get there, this is a very quiet part of the coast without much tourist activity.

I took my two teenagers, my aunt and my mother and we all loved the accomodations! We will be back!!!

I just wish the communication around check-in was more clear and allowed direct contact with office/property manager. Location could not be better as it’s very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our time there despite the fact it was raining, but Oregon is beautiful rain or shine. The front office was courteous and the check in/check out was very easy. Will definitely recommend and be back!

Spacious condo with quick access to the beach. Had a lot of fun.

Was expecting to be disappointed because it was soo affordable Compared to other places around the area, but as soon as I walked it I was blown away. The place was huge, super nice and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, so you can cook full meals and have everything you need. Was just so impressed with everything overall. Will use this place for every ocean trip from now on. Highly suggest.

Very nice, and roomy

We really loved staying at Gearhardt by the Sea. The condo was well stocked with amenities, the kitchen had plenty of cooking necessities, and we had a great view of the ocean. There is a direct walkway from the condos straight to the beach, and the part of the beach it’s connected to is cleaner, less populated, and nicer then downtown Seaside. Even during spring break weekend, the beach was hardly occupied and it really felt like we had our own secluded oasis. The condo was clean, there is daily maid service, and the king bed in the master bedroom is actually incredibly comfortable (which we were pleasantly surprised since my husband has a bad back). All in all a great experience and we can’t wait to come again. You can’t beat this place for the price!
