We were a family of 6 adults and stayed at the villa for a week in May. It’s very conveniently located, with good restaurants & bars and a mini-market just a stone’s throw away. And it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Falésia beach. The villa itself is very clean and spacious. It’s very well equipped and furnished with more than ample furniture, both indoors and outside on the terrace by the pool. The 3 double bedrooms were en-suite, and everything is as described on the website. The pool table in the living room is a real bonus and the very clean swimming pool with its waterfall feature a real delight. Last, but by no means least, communication with the owner, Antonio, is easy and seamless. He provided me with all the necessary info about the villa well in advance. And while we were there, he responded to the very smallest of requests, either for information or otherwise, very promptly and in perfect English! For example, the shower curtain in our room, came down all of a sudden, rod and all, while no one was in the bathroom. Antonio sent someone to see to it very promptly. So all in all, I’d thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to visit Faro. It has all the facilities and amenities nearby, - the city vibes of Albufeira new & old town is only a15 minute taxi ride away - yet is quiet and tranquil for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday. If we go back to Faro, Antonio’s villa would be our first choice. Thank you Antonio. Regards Charlie

Wonderful Holiday!

The villa exceeded our expectations. There was lots of room for the 6 of us (3 couples) and having our own bathrooms was perfect. The large dining room table and modern kitchen allowed us to have great meals without going out. The weather was also excellent so we got to enjoy the pool and the rooftop terrace. The location was very close to the beautiful Praia da Falisia beach, restaurants and grocery stores, as well everything else the Algarve has to offer. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely plan to return in the future.

The house was much nicer than what is shown in the photos. Each room had its own ensuite plus a half bathroom on mainfloor which worked great for our group. The location was 1 minute walk to a nice plaza of restaurants and supermarket. It exceeded our expecting.

A beautiful and well equipped villa- as noted by others, the photos barely do it justice. Location is fantastic - a few minutes' walk from 5 restaurants, a reasonably good supermarket and one of the best beaches we've visited. Communication with the owner, Antonio, was excellent. Highly recommended.

Muito boa propriedade, com comodidades excelentes (destacando a piscina, área envolvente e mesa de bilhar). Ótimas e espaçosas divisões da habitação, muito bem equipadas. Perfeita localização próxima da praia e de restaurantes e supermercado, com policiamento frequente. Disponibilidade e facilidade de contacto com o proprietário para solucionar situações. Resumidamente, local perfeito!

Casa bem localizada, possui todas as condições para umas férias bem passadas, cozinha muito bem equipada com todos os eletrodomésticos, incluindo máquina café Nespresso, piscina com bom tamanho e bem cuidada com tratamento á base de sal, não tem o tradicional cloro, o que considero uma mais valia, a mesa de snooker proporciona boas horas de divertimento, o sinal de Wi-Fi é bom em qualquer ponto da casa. A 100 metros existem bares, restaurantes, pastelaria e supermercado. A praia da falésia é a cerca de 200 metros. A casa tem 1 lugar de estacionamento coberto, no exterior existem lugares de estacionamento com algumas sombras. Gostámos da estadia por isso recomendo este alojamento.

Casa espaçosa. Condições impecáveis para usufruir num ambiente familiar e/ou amigos. Piscina no tamanho ideal. Ambiente calmo. Comércio de proximidade excelente desde restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Praia a 5 minutos a pé. Recomendo sem qualquer problema.

The pictures on this profile do not do justice to the fantastic villa we stayed in. 4 friends and I stayed here for 5 days and we were gutted to leave. It was so clean, with tonnes of fluffy towels for everyone. A 5 minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the supermarket and restaurants. Restaurants near by are varied and fairly priced. We had pizza and many drinks during our stay. There are also many more restaurants around 15 minutes walk away which are really nice. Perfect setting and a wonderful place. All 3 bedrooms have en suites and there is also a downstairs loo. The kitchen is fully equipped - meaning we could eat in for breakfast and dinner. The pool is clean and a brilliant size. The property also has a terrace which gets the last of the sun, there are lots of loungers to sit on and a lovely outside seating area. There are so many gorgeous flowers and plants that brighten the area up. The pool table was a great addition to the villa and kept us all entertained. The neighbours were extremely quiet and the area was generally really peaceful. Uber also reaches the villa so you can travel around albufeira. We are already planning our return trip!

The villa is perfect for a quiet family holiday. Everything you need is close at hand - supermarket, restaurants, bars, taxi. Falesia beach is a short walk away (Note that there are wooden steps down to the beach). The villa itself is exactly as described. Very well presented, clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a quiet holiday. Although the pool is not Olympic size, it is perfect for a relaxing swim. The villa manager, Jorges, was most helpful when we arrived and was very quick at replacing the gas bottles when they were empty. All in all, a top class location for a very enjoyable family holiday.

Good location, Good villa, great stay

The villa is amazingly situated, only a 5 minute walk from the beach and 30 second walk to some shops, eateries and a mini supermarket. The villa itself is a lot, lot bigger than the pictures show. 3 amazing size bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. There is a huge roof terrace and a balcony off one of the main bedrooms upstairs. It's well decorated throughout and the kitchen is well equipped for self catering. Outside is equally as nice, the pool area is clean and well kept and the pool is a lot bigger than I had anticipated. Plenty of sun loungers, we were a family of four. The only constructive criticism I would give; - The villa was advertised as having a BBQ and whilst there was one available, it was not in a usable condition. A bit of shame as we love to have BBQs but it certainly did not ruin our holiday. - Couldn't get any English channels in the bedrooms and the channels in the living room are very limited and not very good. Appreciate this isn't a necessity, but for families with children on a rainy afternoon or if people want to get out of the sun for a little it doesn't give you any reprieve. A suggestion could be to include a DVD player so that all families can bring their own DVDs for these scenarios. If you are travelling with young ones, being able to have a cartoon or two is really useful.

A vivenda está num sítio sesugado mas e próximo de tudo. Estava muito limpo e tinha tudo que se precisa quando estão de férias. Nos gostamos muita e tenho a certeza que vamos alugar outra vez quando voltamos para o Algarve. It is the best vacation place I have ever rented. It's a spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The surprise pool table made it even better. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything including a short walk to the beach. There is no doubt that we will rent again during our next visit to Algarve.
