The location is good. It is convenient to reach the town center, the beach and the bike/jogging road. There is a number of restaurants nearby. The Host was extremely attentive and quick to communicate with. He accepted our request for early check in that helped us a lot. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The bedrooms are small but have sufficient room for 1-2 weeks of stay. The bathroom is big and it has a window that is nice. The terrace is big and nicely positioned so that the sun does not heat it in the afternoon, which makes it more comfortable to stay in. The garage in the basement is a plus.

The major thing that bothered me was the noise coming from the street but if one goes to bed after 11 pm that should not be an issue. What can be improved is sauce pots and frying pans need replacement. They are worn out and do not fit the stove. It is possible to cook, but a bit inconvenient.
