La ducha no estaba bien sellada y salía el agua fuera. El lavabo perdía agua por el desagüe dentro del mueble

Nunca pude entrar y me cobraron la estancia!
No pude entrar al lugar y tuve que buscar un hotel. Pedí que me reemboslsen lo que me habían cargado y no lo hicieron. Una estafa!

Good central location. Facilities in the room sufficient for a 2 day stay. Check in was smooth.

Great location to main piazza in old city.
Was lovely and clean, but couch could do we being replaced.
The apartment had no kettle, you have to boil a pot to make tea or coffee.
Wifi was extremely unreliable and when working was to slow
They have a wifi details on back of bedroom door, this one is definitely not working and you have to ask for another one. This would be a deal breaker for a lot of travellers and for the price of apartments it should be a lot better.
Had a washer in bathroom.
The main area space could be better utilised by getting rid of massive wardrobe and maybe setting bed up different. Parking was close by which was a bonus. Also property had a lift to all floors

The place was very central and it was easy to discover the beautiful city of Cartagena. We appreciated the size of the appartment and especially the indoor "veranda" where we moved the kitchen table inside and had our breakfasts everyday for 6 days. The veranda is filled with light and it was pleasant to observe whatever happened in the street without been seen. The staff who welcomed us was very nice.
The place was not clean : we found dust on the furniture, behind the bed, moisture in the shower cabinet, the air felt humid, and we had difficulties drying our towels even with the air conditioning on. One day, I saw a silver fish (insect) under the bed which shows that the place might need a deeper cleaning. All in all, we found the place was unfortunately over priced for what it actually offered.

Broken toilet seat in the bathroom, will not sit flat on the toilet. Terrible
Bed too low to the ground, too small for two adults. We just could not sleep

We are travelling to Africa as a charity challenge and internet every night is really important for us but we had non . Messages were ignored , there was an electric fault which meant no power this also was ignored when messages sent to the two different WhatsApp numbers given

Perfect apartment for a couple. Exellent location on a quiet street and all the bars and restaurants walking distance

It was a good location. There had been a "technical problem" with the loft apartment we had booked and this was an upgrade at no extra cost. So we had a lot more space than we had been expecting. There was a slight delay after we arrived before we could get into the apartment, but the lady who greeted us was friendly and spoke excellent English. It was well equipped

Great location, quiet street of a square with huge trees. Very close to main shopping streets. Very friendly and efficient host met me at the property. Nice apartment with all you could need including kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Could easily spend a week or two there.

Fantastic location and very quiet! A basic tourist hotel with a small kitchen. You need to bring any kitchen basics (no salt, oil, coffee, etc.) Great for a few days.
Bed and pillow were hard. There was only one wine glass.

Apartment was clean and welcoming. Good location. Service from Macarena was excellent.
Kettle for making tea would have been useful. Door was difficult to start with.

Apartment needs to be refreshed and suits for 2 people, not 4! Of remove sofa, there will be place for a dining table.

Excellent location and everything within walking distance - historic sites, shops and restaurants.
It was not clear to me that parking was only free if booking directly with the apartment and not through booking.com so this was disappointing

The location was good for all tourist attractions but the neighborhood is very rundown, most buildings in the area are empty and falling down. The girl who gave us the keys was very nice and explained everything. Small parking, 10 euros per stay, which is only from 3 pm to 12 noon checkout, not 24 hrs. If you need it for longer they will charge you more.
The contact number to get your keys is an answering machine, they do not return phone calls for hours. Had to contact bookings.com before we could get a response to pickup our keys. They say they called our number in US but never contacted us through messages or text through bookings, not a good system. The shower had lots of mold. There was no terrace as advertised.

The location was great and the apartment was very clean and functional. Paula was a wonderful attentive and responsive host
WiFi connection was very temperamental and really didn't work very well at all - if this issue was solved the place would be perfect for a short stay

Didn't appreciate being charged for a second person when the flat could accomodate two/three people in one reservation. Never had this anywhere previously.
