Indoor pool and Spa was excellent, also during summer it must be nice there as the beach is very close. There is a nice pedestrian walk on the dunes right in front of hotel. Good variety for breakfast. Staff at reception was very helpful and nice.

Spa was for a limited time, so my tip is to go during the day when it's less people.

Good reception & receptionists. Prompt check-in & out. Impressive looking bar, gardens and pools areas. Comfortable beds.

General maintenance was disappointing. Vent hanging off of ceiling in room. Curtains hanging off of rails. Faulty hair dryer and no replacement available. Safe not working. No tissues or robes in room (It's a spa hotel). Have to queue to enter restaurant for breakfast and then for food. Quality of food below average. Noticed open electrical connector box in the gardens. Felt in need of attention. Maybe quality has slipped during Covid?

The resort is understaffed. The staff that is in place is poorly trained in customer service. The policies are inconsistent. The worst part is the decor. Fashion-seriously? The place feels like a crypt with all the dark tile in black and gray with red lighting. Now let’s throw in creepy mannequins in every lobby window. This is supposed to be a beach/marina town resort, not some weird venue on the Las Vegas Strip!

Good facilities in the hotel, like swimming pools and parks. Would've been better in the summer when the weather was warmer as the outdoor pool was cold. Good selection of food for meals.

No tea facilities in the room. Had to pay for drinks at dinner. Water would come in from the balcony door which wasn't good.

The pool area is fabulous and very spacious with lovely gardens. The hotel is lovely also and the cures me are great.

Only one thing. Our room was just over the area where breakfast was served outdoors so it was quite noisy early in the morning. I would request a different room if staying in the future.

It took almost 1 hour to check in as the receptionist staff were so slow at checking people in (20 minutes per room). Upon eventually getting to the check in desk there was no apology or sorry for the wait. They then tried to charge me for the room even though I’d already fully paid for it. I was then given a room key for the wrong room and had to return to the reception with my bags to get this resolved. I returned to the reception later that evening as I needed to get my bike and a box which was fully packaged couriered from the hotel the next day. Again the reception staff member seemed to suggest this was an impossible ask. “Where are your bikes?” Which was in the hotel parking garage which they requested an extra charge of £3 “They need to collect it in the morning” etc. Eventually they’ll they agreed to the collection but not a pleasant experience. It is unfortunate that this is the last place I stayed on the holiday as everywhere else has been exceptional.

The pools, the gardens, friendly staff, the variety in the breakfast, the the room being cleaned & bed being done daily.

Our major issue. There was no shower stall. Instead we had a tub. Much too high, which made it difficult for us older people to go into. However in talking with one of the managers, I was told that they already had installed about 60% shower stalls in the rooms. And 100% soon in the near future.

We celebrated our 50th Anniversary when there and had requested something special for this milestone occasion. Instead of at least a bottle of champagne, all we received were 3 pears!!!! That was so embarrassing for a big hotel to give us that !! So very disappointed 😔 👎🏽👎🏽

Great location and beach access, great pool (& separate kids pool), breakfast was decent, dinner buffet also acceptable but sort of boring after a few nights

the fashion theme seems very out of place for a coastal resort

Excellent location less than 5 minute walk to gorgeous beach. Very good hot breakfast buffet including made to order omelets. The resort is large, huge pool, and is very well kept.

The twin bed situation. The mattresses were extremely firm. Property is a bit of a walk to main town, but Ubers and cabs were cheap, although you often had to wait 10-15 minutes or so to get one. The lunch buffet was not great and expensive at 20E not including drinks.
