The location is pretty good although the whole village is small. Near restaurants, bus station, rent-a-car. Varied and good breakfast.

There was very little water pressure and in certain hours no water at all in the bathroom! Bed was quite uncomfortable. AC external unit was placed out on balcony which took away space from the table and chairs, only 1 chair was on the balcony (not all rooms were like this). The residual water was dropping into a plastic container. Generally everything finished in a very cheap way. Only Greek channels on the TV. The TV was badly mounted on the wall, it was not straight. There is practically no wardrobe, it is rather just a bar to hang on a few clothes, behind a curtain. Very limited space to store clothes. Overall, this place would not fall under a hotel category in a Western country, rather they are basic apartments serving breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location, short walk from the beach, restaurants and bus stop. The bed was extremely comfortable and so was breakfast! The host was friendly and if we ever needed anything they were happy to help.

The only thing I can mention that wasn't too great was the water pressure, at times it was none existant so having a shower was a little difficult at certain times of the day.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is close to the restaurants and the bus station. The breakfast was very good as well and the personnel always very kind and helpful.

In a room on the ground floor, it was noisy in the morning from the other rooms and the breakfast. The bed was not very comfortable.

This was by far our favourite hotel of the whole trip (6 hotels). We love small places with local staff. From this place you reach everything by walking a beautiful small way. 2 minutes until the harbour and 2 minutes until the sea. First we got a really really small room, which is definitely even too small for 1 person. After we asked to get a bigger one we got a really really nice one with a beautiful view over Piso Livadi. Nice little bathroom, aircondition and a balcony which still fills our heart with sadness that we had to leave this place because the journey had to continue. In the afternoon you could smell the delicious breakfast for the next morning. So many selfmade and selfbaked Quiches and more. Super delicious!!

We reserved a Quad for 3 days at this hotel. The day we arrived the owner told us, the Quad will arrive later this day or the next morning. The next morning he said it will be there midday. Midday he said it will be there at 4pm. At 4pm he said it will be there around 6pm. At this point we got upset and a little angry. Our stay was only 3 days and we wanted to see the island. In the end he arranged a car for 1 day for the same condition. In the end everything was fine.. Another little sad thing.. we forgot our sunglasses in the cupboard. A few hours after check out we called him and he said they didn't find it and there are new guests inside the room. Instead of knocking on the door and having a quick look into the cupboard he told them the last guests forgot something. Of course the new guests took them.. The sad thing about it: this sunglasses are over 30 years old and of my boyfriends father. Now they are gone :-(

The hotel is located at a walking distance from the little harbour of Piso Livadi and the beach. The rooms are bright and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly
