Room had an awful smell and no heating!

Het bed was comfortable.

Al duidelijk maken aan de klanten dat het hotel niet in gebruik is voor dat ze komen. Ik moest in een heel ander hôtel gaan slapen. Ik heb geen ervaring gehad in hotel SIRU maar in hotel Colonies. Dat is heel jammer, ik heb speciaal voor Siru gekozen en ik krijg iets anders.

Situation géographique, proche du centre piétonnier et transports en commun (tram, bus, métro) à deux pas.

Chambres bruyantes non pas vis-à-vis de l'extérieur, mais de l'incivilité des autres locataires, portes claquées à n'importe quelle heure, des gens qui viennent frapper très fort à des portes à 2h du matin (?!), chahut bruyant dans les chambres (je suis intervenu la dernière nuit car plus tenable) un bébé qui pleurait fort dans une chambre (ce n'est en rien sa faute) et cela résonnait dans tout l'étage aussi le sommeil était très perturbé. Passé 3 nuit et très mal dormi les 3 nuits. Chambres très vieillissantes coté moquettes, papier peint et, somme toute, bruit du tram quand même assez bien prononcé. Petit dèj pas mal mais cher pour ce que c'est.

Good location to north train station n Starbucks. Pretty lobby. 24 hour reception and luggage storage.

Poor internet mostly never worked. Heating either didn’t work or switched off at the main (not everyone is used to the cold even though it wasn’t winter yet). First room phone didn’t work, unsure if second room did. Broke out in a rash.. ??bed bugs. Staff were okay but I wouldn’t go as far as being overly friendly. Very dated n grubby looking hallways especially carpets. Elevator very small with a heavy steel door once the lift doors open making you feel like you’re in a coffin. Rediculously priced laundry.. 5* prices. They did at least have coffee making in room. But only gave one sachet of coffee n creamer

Location. Last minute urgent changes to plans after checkout. Staff were able to give further 3 nights accommodation. Left a day early.

Extra nights accommodation was charged at a higher rate (or lower exchange rate costing rediculously price for a 3*). Internet never worked. Works in lobby but not in room. Phone never worked. Heater never worked or was turned off at the main.

El desayuno acorde al precio

La cama era incomoda, muchos ruidos, 1 solo ascensor chico para muchas habitaciones ademas que lo usaba el personal. Subi 3 pisos por escalera y no pude ingresar al piso, porque la tarjeta no me habria la puerta.

Location is very handy for the metro (Rogier) and also North Station. Staff on front desk were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and shower, wi-fi and TV all worked well.

bathroom needed updating but not really a problem.

Personnel très aimable et petit déjeuner copieux. Difficile d'évaluer l'établissement lui-même puisqu'il était en partie en travaux (utilisant les locaux de l'hôtel voisin).

Fenêtre coincée et uniquement partiellement réparée durant le séjour. TV ne fonctionnant pas à mon arrivée. Œufs brouillés globalement mal cuisinés.

The location of the hotel is excellent for the price, the breakfast was great and the staff is generally nice.

The elevator is super small, only can fit 2 people plus luggage. Using the card for the room is weird and complicated, and one time the cleaning lady came into our room even though we had the DND sign on.

The hotel was very clean and the room came with a water boiler and some tea. The room had a cupboard in it where I could put my things and a drawer too, so despite being small it didn't feel crowded

At the check-in the staff took my credit card and put all the information including the CVC code in their database, but they didn't tell me why. There were all kinds of noises in the room, including the cracking of the wall and the plumbing from other rooms which made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

The room was cozy and beautiful

The heater in my room was broken but was glad that the one in the bathroom was working.

Location of the hotel is strategic

The customer care is very poor. Staff unfriendly and there is profiling on how to be treated based on color.

Hotel is located in a very central place within short walking distance to a public transport. The streets around are very busy but the windows are ok and the room is quiet.

The equipment (furniture) and bathroom is rather old and very basic. There is only a soap and a bath cap available, and the hairdryer did not work.

Perfect location: near Brussels Nord train and Roger metro stations, shopping places just across the street, Grote Markt reachable by foot. Good breakfast.

Shower instead of bath would be preferred. Ventilation system could be better.

Location was great. Very close to North Station which is close to Airport.

The front door was broken. They provided an alternate door, but the card reader was broken and there is no one near the door. There was a reception desk, but there is usually no one visible. To enter the hotel, I had to use the buzzer system, but sometimes it was not answered, and I had to wait for a while. This caused huge anxiety that you may not be able to enter the hotel especially during the late night because there is no one you find. I know the hotel is not 5 star hotel, but this is unacceptable.

close to city centre and public transport links. clean and comfortable room for the price. adequate facilities in the room including a mini fridge. but we did struggle to get the tv to work.

the lift was very small and we were on the 7th floor, so often had to wait to be able to go up to our room. took the stairs coming down.
