Very clean neat rooms. Great position.

Spacious room, electric blankets, spare blankets and pillows, rear sliding door to verandah overlooking creek.

Breakfast had to be arranged through local cafes - could be delivered, but that was an awkward arrangement so we took our own cereal. Restaurant was closed - apparently short of a chef.

The room is roomy and comfortable with good facilities. Very comprehensive prior communication made check-in easy and efficient. Information was also provided on restaurants and things to see in Burra. The in-house restarurant has an interesting menu, for which booking in advance is encouraged, but see later comments on this.

We had not booked the in-house restaurant in advance as we could not commit to an exact time of arrival. On arrival we saw the interesting in-house menu and expressed interest in eating there. We were told the in-house restaurant had space for us if we waited, which we did. However, we were not told that most of the items on the in-house menu would not available by the time we sat down. If we had known in advance we could have gone somewhere else in Burra to eat.
