The staff were excellent in helping with not only the accommodation but also the room service meals. Will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and a great size however furniture was dated and lounge very hard to get up out of it.

The bed was actually broke , support legs broken off. The mattress was comfortable but because the base was broken it meant you were at an angle and sagged. There wasn't a very good area to hang clothes.

Staff accepted my phonecall that I would be an hour late. Car park is sealed. Water was hot and not too long coming. The bed was average, pillows fine.

A cockroach ran across the floor, which explained the can of insect spray in the room. The basin taps had dreadful hammer. The furniture was rejects from St Vinnies.

easy to locate quick & easy check in and out clean room but nice trap was unsightly - maybe a warning room servicing wasn’t expected but pleasant sunrise to come back to beds made after a day out convenient restaurant onsite at convenient pricing it was value for cost we paid

1) room 7 had unpleasant smell - like Indian food. leaving windows open to air room was not an option as no fly screens and we alteady had fly’s come straight in flys come in. I purchased air freshener that did not eliminate the odour 2) room 6 tv did not work at all via remote or manual button in unit 3) no outdoor seats or sitting area

Slightly difficult car park for a 4x4, staff did hep the sitaution by giving me a different car park.

I have stayed at this motel a number of times over many years. It offers comfort, convenience and good value. The bed was particularly comfortable.
