Wunderschönes modernes Haus mit umfassender Ausstattung und einem Wahnsinnsblick auf das Meer. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar gewesen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Besonders hat den Kindern der beheizte Pool gefallen. Um Ostern herum war es manchmal draußen noch etwas "frisch", aber so konnte die ganze Familie doch schwimmen gehen!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der beheizte Pool war toll, ebenso die Aussicht. Auch sonst blieb kaum ein Wunsch offen, lediglich der Esstisch im Innenbereich ist für 10 Personen nicht ganz groß genug.

Rien à redire sur ce séjour de 6 nuits ! La villa est parfaitement équipée, très confortable et bien située. Michael a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nos attentes. Nous reviendrons dès que possible !

Prachtig huis, alleen bij aankomst werd er gemeld , dat afwas machine kapot was en pas na 4 dagen gerepareerd werd. Fietsen banden allemaal lek . Had het leuk gevonden als er bv. een flesje wijn voor ons klaar had gestaan als welkom want afwassen 3 keer persagentschap met 8 personen is best wel een klus. Vond dat Micheal zich er wat makkelijk vanaf maakte.

Belle terrasse spacieuse, bien équipée, piscine très bien chauffée en mai, vue sur la mer, centre des Issambres joignable à pied.

This is a superb villa, with ample space and nicely furnished. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the main items. We really enjoyed the outside space, sitting looking out across to the sea or around by the pool. Above we enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Its a short walk into town where there are shops, small supermarkets, bakers butchers and also a small selection of restaurants. There are also small beaches within easy walking distance from the villa. We took the ferry to St Tropez several times - again within easy reach from the villa, which is an excellent day out. St Maxime is also nearby, for further shops etc. Cannes would be possible - but unfortunately due to the current situation we did not venture that far. The villa is managed by Michael who was extremely easy to deal with and made the whole process very simple. We had a lot of concerns travelling in the COVID crisis, but he gave us plenty of assurances with regard to the villa and also the general positive attitude being take by the local people with regard to the necessary precautions. Hopefully if our travel plans bring us back we shall return ....

Sehr sauberes, traumhaft gelegenes, schönes Haus. Super Pool, herrlicher Blick aufs Meer. Kleine schöne Bucht in weniger als 5 Minuten Fußmarsch erreichbar. Alle Zimmer klimatisiert. Würden sofort wieder buchen....

My partner and I visited recently in July of 2020 and thoroughly enjoyed the seclusion and views from this villa. It receives high marks from us and recommend the villa to others, specifically: - It is in a quiet area but a short walk to the shops, you may want to rent a car if you go grocery-shopping (we knew this prior to arrival but do not view it as a negative). It is also a short walk to the beach/park and the views from the villa are incredible. - The villa was very clean throughout the indoors and outdoors, including the pool, and well-appointed with just about everything that you need. - Michael was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. - One of the only things we would have changed is that the bed mattresses are rather hard/stiff, but this is a matter of personal preference.

Wir haben Silvester 2019 in dem Haus verbracht. Es hat alles für uns gepasst, grosszügige Räumlichkeiten im Erdgeschoss, schöne Terrasse. Sauna war leider nicht funktionsfähig.

Wir - als Familie - haben die zweckmässig eingerichtete, grosszügige Villa sehr genossen. Es fehlt an nichts - sehr empfehlenswert!

We faced a trouble with HomeAway's rival cancelling our booking some 36 hrs before the flight therefore booked this property on a short notice - some 24 hrs before arrival. Having in hand 7 air tickets we had no time to chose any more therefore 'shot from the hip' expecting 'que sera - sera'. Nice surprise: very nice property - convenient, well maintained and very well equipped with house-hold appliances (incl., above usual things, ice generator, extra wine fridge, etc. - all in perfect working condition), plentiful tableware incl. wine, champagne glasses and cutlery (enough for a company 3 times bigger than ours) - well above expectations based on previous experiences. Kitchen is sufficient for 2-3 people to cook together. Terrace with table for 10 pers. is sheltered from wind, allowing to have all meals there. My elderly parents who mostly stayed in while we were somewhere, were able to enjoy the pool. Location is nice - some 200 m from the sea and main street. Bakeries, stores and restaurants are in walking distance (or 3-5 minutes drive). The beach is in walking distance as well, and the next one - wider and less crowded - in adjacent village La Garonette - 5-7 minutes drive. When it is about holidays in Cote d'Azur next time, will definitely consider this house.

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Teenager und 2 Hunde) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, tolle Aufteilung der Zimmer, Terrasse ist sehr freundlich gestaltet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, Küche top ausgestattet und sogar ein Tischfussball. Alles war in Reichweite, St. Tropez, Cannes, Grasse, etc. ; wir sind aber auch zu den örtlichen Märkten gegangen, das war toll. Überall sehr freundliche Leute. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Südfrankreich - und wir geben dem Haus, dem überaus hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Herr Schaeffer - und Südfrankreich ganze 10 Punkte!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank- merci!

wir wurden von Herrn Schaeffer sehr freundlich in empfang genommen. Eine frühe Anreise war in unserem Fall durch Herrn Schaeffer ermöglicht worden. Das Haus ist sehr schön, das besondere etwas ist der beheizte Pool der mehrmals täglich zum schwimmen eingeladen hat. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider gab es vor unsrer Ankunft ein Unwetter wobei der WLan Router und der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer beschädigt wurden, die Instandsetzung dauerte leider einige Tage.

Wir hatten die Villa für eine Woche gebucht (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Das Haus liegt in Fußnähe zum Wasser und hat auch einen schönen Meerblick. Der Pool wurde vor unserer Ankunft geheizt und war deshalb wunderbar!!! Der Empfang in der Villa war super nett und total flexibel. Der Verwalter, Michael, war sehr hilfsbereit , jederzeit für uns erreichbar und direkt vor Ort. Hierfür nochmals vielen Dank!!! Das Haus ist in einem SEHR gepflegten Zustand. Angefangen von den Möbeln und Sitzgruppe im Außenbereich bis zu den Zimmern und Bädern. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und auch super gepflegt! Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Pool und Meer war einfach unübertrefflich. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic family villa with stunning views, relaxation areas, walkable to town, close to beach clubs and for those who want it - Sainte-Maxime and St Tropez a short drive/ferry away. We stayed here the previous year, and the family loved it. We made some suggested improvements, all of which were implemented for this year. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This was our second stay in this lovely villa. Once again all perfect! Close to town (morning walk with a stop at the calanques for the pain au chocolate), nice view, friendly welcoming. We long to come back as soon as possible.

Our family loved our stay at this villa. We have 3 young children including a toddler who all had a great time. The sea views on the veranda outside the lounge and kitchen area are stunning, and the villa gardens are well looked after making it a very pleasant environment. The pool itself is fully gated, which is great for child safety. And the pool has a reasonable sized shallow area (approximate 1 foot deep) where our toddler could splash about happily. There was also a diving board, which our older children loved. The villa is a 10-15 minute walk from Les Issambres where there are a few bars, restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, local supermarket and ice cream shops. You are spoiled for choice for local beach clubs - our favourite was Le Plage 44. Sainte-Maxime is a 15-20 drive away and there are ferries to St Tropez from Les Issambres and Sainte-Maxime. We made a few practical suggestions to the owner for future visitors, which they agreed to implement. Overall a fantastic villa!

The villa is modern, large and well appointed, with plenty of quality room indoors and outdoors. It comfortably managed our family of 6. Dining on the terrace overlooking the large pool and the sea was a pleasure. Only a few blocks down to the local shopping centre that had everything we needed, from restaurants to supermarkets. Michael was extremely professional in managing our booking and communicating everything we needed to know. Thoroughly recommended.

As two families spending a week in this villa we had plenty of space both inside and outside the house. In fact the outside areas are much bigger than they appear on the photos - very large sitting area on a shaded decking terrace, large table for eating outside under a covered terrace and a petanque pitch to the side of the house. Also equipped with a great gas BBQ. There were beautiful views of the sea from both master bedrooms and the air conditioning was brilliant given that it was a very hot week. It was great that all the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms with wc. We liked the villa's proximity to a small beach at the end of the road (200 metres away) and the local shops and restaurants at Les Issambres (within a 10 minute walk). The only downside was the lack of a microwave, the oven and freezer were small (considering we were 9 people) and also there was a bit of an issue with rubbish bins being knocked over by the local wild boar if left outside in the street for collection. However, overall the house suited us very well and we were very happy with our holiday at this villa.

This house is excellently located close to the sea and the shops. It provides privacy and is very suitable for both adults and kids. The house is very complete and well equipped. Everything is working including airco in all rooms. One to remember and to return to

We, a family of four, spent two lovely weeks in this delightful villa in Les Issambres. With walking distance to both town center and beach, this nicely renovated house met our expectations perfectly. Michael, who gave us the keys, was very helpful and friendly. We would love to come back soon!
