It was a cute apartment and a decent view. There was room service and was able to do laundry.

The AC didn't work for one of the bedrooms and was a little weak in the living room.

Right across from tram into Athens. Across from Marina. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Launfry and kitchen facilities.

Needs a bit of a regresh. Also tea towels and oven mitts.

The AC flooded the room and they refused to fix it. when I complained at checkout about being charged a $100 for the upgrade to a room that was leaking water the whole stay the guy at the desk picked up the phone and called the police telling them I was refusing to pay. All I did was asked to speak to the manager! this hotel is a 100% do not stay. the rooms were old communist era 1980s furnished and the pictures are from the upgraded rooms that have AC issues. When I told the guy he would regret doing that he told me he worked for the Greek Military Intelligence and I would see what happened. having the police called on me and threatened by the only staff member was not an experience I was expecting. I also came home and tested positive for Covid for the first time. I hated this first time greek experience. I will add that I am disabled and they also refused to help me with my bags to my room. so it’s all self service here.

Location was fantastic. Flat was very spacious with large balcony. Reception staff were very friendly. Close to supermarket and transport.

Property is on main carriageway. Noise from traffic is terrible and there were no warnings about this. The double glazing did nothing to block this out.

Good location, close to tram and bus stops and only half an hour to local attractions. The beach was only 1 tram stop away. We stayed in a premier room and was pleased to have a front facing balcony. Good size bathroom and kitchen, bed was huge and very comfortable. Little interaction with the hotel staff but when we did they were friendly enough.

The air con was poor and with the noise of the road we were unable to have the door open at night due to the noise. The instructions handout states that rooms are cleaned daily but we had to ask as apparently due to covid restrictions they do not automatically clean, so these should be updated. No plug to use the bath tub, only discovered this on the last night as had showers in the week so not a huge issue.
