The workers who served the breakfast were VERY rude and did not have ANY manners.

Breakfast was good. Place felt clean.
Amenities & staff seem very bare-bones. They don't have any pack-n-plays so I asked for some blankets for our 2nd child and after a long wait they gave me one thin blanket. Elevators are slowest i've seen in a while.
Both times i was at the front desk had to wait a while until someone showed up.

The room is big.
They don’t provide the basic item for the room. Everything I have to asked for it. So most of the things I didn’t ask for because how many things I can ask for. Breakfast also not good.

Room was ok. The hotel did not seem crowded though quite full.
The breakfast was very basic. The staff couldn’t manage the morning ours, thus coffee, milk and other things were not refilled on time. Therefore to have a breakfast people needed to make few runs and wait just for the refill.
The staff was helpful when asked, but not proactive at all.

This is a very clean motel, the staff are outstanding and friendly. It was central to every attraction that we attended.

the food in the restaurant in the hotel is pretty expensive. Also, in our room where you put your luggage there was no lighting. i had to use my phone flashlight to see in my luggage.

The staff were super friendly and our room was very clean and spacious. The rooftop bar and pool were super fun and the breakfast was awesome.
It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but the rooftop restaurant really helped make that a nonissue.

People staying on the third floor were very noisy and kept us from sleeping as we wanted.

Very spacious rooms and they were comfortable. The Dove toiletries were a nice touch.
Breakfast was kind of a let down. No pancakes and the orange juice machine was broken. Who doesn’t have orange juice at breakfast.
